Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola pemilihan moda transportasi massal MRT yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat penglaju dalam menentukan alat mobilitas utamanya di Kota Jakarta. Selain itu, bertujuan juga untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana fenomena masyarakat penglaju di Kawasan Stasiun MRT Lebak Bulus, untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong dan minat masyarakat penglaju dalam menentukan pilihannya dengan analisis memakai konsep pilihan rasionalitas menurut perspektif James Coleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Konsep yang digunakan adalah konsep masyarakat penglaju, konsep Pilihan Rasionalitas perspektif James Coleman. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lokasi JL. Lebak Bulus Raya No. 38, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Indonesia 12310 dan dilakukan sejak bulan Desember 2019 sampai bulan February 2020. Informan dalam penelitian sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) orang yang terdiri dari kalangan pekerja, adapun rentang usia mereka yaitu usia produktif menengah keatas 24 tahun hingga 45 tahun, berdomisili di Tanggerang Selatan dan Depok. Berdasarkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pemilihan moda transportasi massal MRT Jakarta di Stasiun Lebak Bulus terkontruksi pada persepsi dan faktor minat masyarakat penglaju terlihat cukup signifikan dengan pilihan rasionalitas. Hal demikian dilihat dari beragamnya alasan utama dan pertimbangan masyarakat penglaju di kawasan tersebut dalam menentukan pilihan trasnportasi massal utamanya memilih menggunakan MRT Jakarta. Diantara alasan utama mereka yaitu: lokasi stasiun yang strategis & terjangkau, kecepatan MRT & ketepatan waktu, serta kenyamanan & keamanan, hingga sarana & prasarana, dan terintegrasinya MRT Jakarta dengan transportasi lain, walaupun dengan harga tarif layanan yang tidak ekonomis. Lebak Bulus Raya No. 38, Cilandak, South Jakarta, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Indonesia 12310 and was carried out from December 2019 to February 2020. The informants in the study were 30 (thirty) people consisting of workers, as for their age ranges, namely the productive middle and over age 24 years to 45 years, domiciled in South Tanggerang and Depok This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The concept used is the concept of urban development, the concept of commuter society, the concept of social mobility and the concept of Rationality Choice James Coleman's perspective. The location of this research was carried out at JL. Lebak Bulus Raya No. 38, Cilandak, South Jakarta Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Indonesia 12310 and conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. Informants in the study were 30 (thirty) people consisting of workers, as for their age range, namely middle to upper productive age 24 years to 45 years, domiciled in South Tangerang and Depok . Based on observations, interviews and documentation, the results of the study showed that the pattern of choosing the mass transportation mode of the Jakarta MRT at Lebak Bulus Station was construction on the perceptions and factors of interest in the commuting community which looked quite significant with the choice of rationality. This is seen from the diversity of the main reasons and considerations of the commuters in the area in determining the choice of mass transportation, especially choosing to use the Jakarta MRT. Among their main reasons are: station location that is strategic & affordable, MRT speed & timeliness, as well as comfort & security, to facilities & infrastructure, and the integration of Jakarta MRT with other transportation, even though the price of service tariffs is not economical.
