Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di SMA N Kota Makasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan Desember 2019, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Fokus pendekatan untuk mengukur organizational citizenship behavior di SMA N Kota Makasar dengan tekhnik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 292 Guru SMA N di Kota Makasar,sampel diambil dari populasi yang berjumlah 1088 SMA N di Kota Makasar. Pendekatan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepercayaan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; 2) kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; 3) komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; 4) kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 5) kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasi; 6) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; 7) kepercayaan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior guru melalui kepuasan kerja; 8) kepercayaan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior guru melalui komitmen organisasi; dan 9) kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior guru melalui komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap perubahan mengenai peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior guru akan dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan kepercayaan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan dengan indikator integritas, kepuasan kerja dengan indikator kesesuaian terhadap pekerjaan, dan komitmen organisasi dengan dimensi Continuance commitment. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. *************** Abstract This study aims to prove the effect of trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in SMA N Kota Makassar. This research was conducted from March to December 2019. This research used a quantitative approach. The focus of the approach to measuring organizational citizenship behavior in SMA N Kota Makassar is using path analysis techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 292 SMA N teachers in Makassar City, samples were taken from a population of 1088 SMA N in Makassar City. The sampling approach used simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate: The results show that: 1) trust in organizational citizenship behavior; 2) job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior; 4) trust in job satisfaction; 5) trust in organizational commitment; 6) job satisfaction with organizational commitment; 7) belief in organizational citizenship behavior of teachers through job satisfaction; 8) belief in organizational citizenship behavior of teachers through organizational commitment; and 9) job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers through organizational commitment. Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that any changes regarding the increase in organizational citizenship behavior of teachers will be influenced by increased trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that to improve organizational citizenship behavior can be done by increasing trust with integrity indicators, job satisfaction with suitability indicators for work, and organizational commitment with the dimensions of continuance commitment.
