Abstract

ABSTRAK Disertasi ini membahas tentang Evaluasi Program Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 bagi Pengawas PAI Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama RI. Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus perhatian dalam disertasi ini adalah untuk mengukur kemampuan Pengawas PAI bidang Kurikulum 2013 dan bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas Pengawas PAI agar di dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas sehari-hari. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan Pelatihan implementasi kurikulum 2013 PAI ini, Pengawas PAI diharapkan mampu memberikan bimbingan teknis secara tepat dan benar kepada Guru PAI dalam mengatasi segala hambatan yang terkait dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dan tujuan utama dari Pelatihan Implementasi Kurikulum ini adalah agar terjadi Perubahan Pola Pikir (Mindset) di dalam melakukan pengelolaaan Pembelajaran PAI utamanya Pemahaman terkait Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 PAI. Peningkatan kompetensi dan profesionalisme Pengawas Pendidikan Islam sangat penting karena Pengawas Pendidikan Islam memegang posisi dan peran yang sangat signifikan dan strategis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Agama Islam pada sekolah dan bukan saja sebagai seorang supervisor pendidikan tapi juga sebagai konselor dan motivator, dimana peran dan fungsinya dapat menciptakan suasana kondusif dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama Islam pada sekolah sangat terkait dengan keberhasilan guru dan keberhasilan guru tidak lepas dari pembinaan pengawas dan salah satunya adalah Pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islam. Sehubungan dengan itu, disertasi ini ingin menjawab beberapa pertanyaan penting, yaitu: 1. Bagaimana kebijakan yang diambil oleh Direktorat Pendidikan Agama Ditjen Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama RI Islam dalam rangka Meningkat Kompetensi Pengawas Pendidikan Islam dalam bidang Kurikulum 2013 PAI; 2. Bagaimana sistem Pengelolaan Pelatihan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dilakukan; 3. Bagaimana sistem sosialisasi Program Pelatihan dilakukan, dan; 4. Bagaimana hasil dari Pelatihan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 itu mampu menigkatkan Kompetensi Pengawas Pendidikan Islam dari sisi kemampuan akademik mereka. Dalam rangka menjawab berbagai pertanyaan penelitian di atas maka dilakukan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, wawancara, pengamatan, dan juga studi dokumen-dokumen Pelatihan Implementasi kurikulum 2013 PAI. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama Islam pada sekolah yang berkualitas sangat terkait dengan keberhasilan guru dan keberhasilan guru tidak lepas dari pembinaan pengawas dan salah satunya adalah Pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islam Dan akhirnya, disertasi ini berusaha untuk menyimpulkan beberapa hal terkait Pengembangan Kompetensi Pengawas Pendidikan Islam dilingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama RI. *************** ABSTRACT This Dissertation discusses the Evaluation of 2013 PAI (Islamic Religious Education) Curriculum Implementation Program for Pengawas PAI (Islamic Religious Education Supervisor) at Directorate General of Islamic Institution, Ministry of Religious Affair. The focus of attention in this article is to measure the ability of Pengawas PAI in terms of the 2013 PAI Curriculum and how to improve the quality of Pengawas PAI in carrying out their everyday jobs. After participating in training activities of the 2013 PAI Curriculum implementation, PAI Supervisors are expected to provide technical guidance appropriately and correctly to the PAI teachers in overcoming all obstacles related to the implementation of Curriculum 2013. Increasing the competence and Professionalism of the Pengawas PAI is very important, because Pengawas PAI holds a very significant and strategic role and role in improving the professionalism of GPAI (Islamic Religious Education teachers) in improving the quality of Islamic Religious education at school and not only as an educational supervisor but also as counselor and motivator, Where the role and function can create a conducive atmosphere in the process of teaching and learning in school. The successful implementation of Islamic religious education is closely related to the success of teachers and the success of teachers cannot be separated from the supervisory coaching and one of them is the Islamic Religious Education Supervisor (Pengawas PAI). In connection with that situation, this Dissertation would like to answer several questions such as; how the Implementation of Curriculum 2013 training was able to boost the Islamic Religious Education Supervisor competency in terms of their academic ability and what the finding of the studies. In connection with that, this dissertation would like to answer some important questions: 1. How to measures the regulation taken by the Directorate General of Religious Education Islamic Education Ministry of Religious Affairs to improve the Competency of Islamic Education Supervisor in terms of Curriculum 2013 PAI. 2. How the Implementation Training Curriculum 2013 was carried out; 3. How the socialization of Training Program conducted, and; 4. How the Implementation Training Curriculum 2013 was able to boost the Islamic Education Supervisor Competency terms of their academic ability. To answer the research questions above research is conducted through interviews, observation and studying the data and documents of the curriculum 2013 PAI training Program. The success of Pengawas PAI (Islamic religious Education Supervisor) in school is closely related to the success of teachers and the success of a teacher cannot be separated from the coaching supervisors by Pengawas PAI. And finally, this dissertation seeks to conclude a few things related to the Supervision of Islamic Religious Education Competence Supervisor Development within the directorate general of Islamic Institution, Ministry of Religious Affairs.
