Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan pelatihan praktik profesi keguruan bagi guru pamong yang dijadikan sebagai bahan rujukan dalam proses pembimbingan bagi mahasiswa praktekan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya yang selama ini tidak menjadi perhatian secara serius.Pengembangan bahan pelatihan praktik profesi keguruan berdasarkan prinsip teknologi pendidikan adalah untuk memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan kinerja guru pamong dalam membimbing mahasiswa praktikan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogiknya. Hal ini didasari oleh kurang optimal kemampuan guru pamong dalam membimbing mahasiswa praktikan. Inovasi dan kontribusi bahan pelatihan praktik profesi keguruan memiliki materi pembelajaran yang lebih praktis dan kontekstual dengan harapan memfasilitasi guru pamong dalam membimbing mahasiswa praktikan guna meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya. Difokuskan pada materi Praktik Profesi Keguruan dan subjeknya guru pamong. Pendekatan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R and D). Model Rowntree dan model Borg and Gall dikombinasikan dalam penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu tahap studi pendahuluan, perencanaa, tahap persiapan penulisan, dan tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Sasaran penelitian adalah guru pamong SMP, MTs, SMA, dan MA. Tahapan uji kelayakan produk dilakukan dengan uji coba ahli materi, ahi desain, dan ahli media. Selanjutkan produk bahan pelatihan diuji pada guru pamong, untuk evaluasi one to one, evaluasi small group, dan evaluasi uji coba field trials. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli desain menunjukkan bahwa bahan pelatihan PPK sangat baik artinya secara menyakinkan produk tersebut layak digunakan. Selanjutnya pada tahapan uji coba one to one adalah 80, 33 artinya produk ini dinilai baik, ditahap uji coba small group adalah 81, 86 artinya produk ini dinilai baik, dan pada tahapan uji coba field trials yaitu hasil belajar guru pamong menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, rata.rata skor pre tes guru pamong 76, 33 dan post tes 84,37. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membimbing guru pamong mahasiswa praktekan dengan hasil belajar sebesar 8,04. Untuk itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk bahan pelatihan praktek profesi keguruan bagi guru pamong secara menyakinkan layak dan efektif digunakan guru pamong dalam membimbing mahasiswa S1 guna meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya. The purpose of this study is to develop teacherprofessional practice training materials for tutor teachers who serve as reference material in the guidance process for students practicing in the hope of increasing their pedagogical competence which so far has not been taken seriously.Development of teacher professional practice training materials based on educational technology principles, namely to facilitate and improve the performance of tutor teachers in guiding students to develop their pedagogical competencies.This is based on less than the ability of teachers in tutoring in guiding students practice.Innovation and contribution of training materials in the teaching profession practice having more practical and contextual learning materials in the hope of facilitating tutor teachers in guiding students to improve their pedagogical competence.Focused on Teacher Professional Practice material and the subject tutor. This research approach uses the Research and Development (R and D) method. The Rowntree model and the Borg and Gall model are combined in this study, which consists of four stages: a preliminary study stage, planning, writing preparation stage, and writing and editing stage. The target of the research is the teacher of junior high school, MadrasahTsanawiyah, Senior High School, and Madrasah Aliyah. The stages of product feasibility testing are carried out by testing material experts, design experts, and media experts. Afterwards, the training materials were tested on the tutor teachers, namely three tutor teachers for one to one evaluation, seven tutor teachers for small group evaluation, and 30 tutor teachers evaluating field trials. The results showed that the results of the material expert, design expert, and design expert test showed that the PPKtraining materials were very good, meaning that the products were convincingly used. Furthermore, at the one to one trial stage is 80, 33 means that this product is rated as good, the small group trial stage is 81, 86 means that this product is rated as good, andat the trial phase of field trials ie the teacher's learning outcomes indicate a significant increase, the mean score of the pre-teacher tutor score was 76, 33 and the post-test 84.37. These results indicate an increase in the ability to guide tutors of practicing student students with learning outcomes of 8.04. Thus, it can be concluded that the product of the professional teacher training practice for tutor teachers is convincingly feasible and effective to be used to assist tutors in guiding undergraduate students to improve their pedagogical competencies.
