Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara penerapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang berdampak pada loyalitas kerja karyawan di PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakandengan pendekatan korelasional, yaitu menilai dua kejadian yang berhubungan dan apabila ingin mengukur kuat tidaknya hubungan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak proporsional (Proportional Random Sampling).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance yang berjumlah 120 karyawan. Jumlah populasi terjangkaunya adalah semua karyawan yang masa kerjanya lebih dari 1 tahun sebanyak 62 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil berdasarkan tabel penentuan jumlah sampel dari Isaac and Michael dengan sampling error5% sejumlah 51 orang. Alasan mengambil karyawan yang berada masa kerjanya lebih dari 1 tahun, karena dianggap telah mengetahui dan dapat menilai pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap karyawan.Data yang dibutuhkan untuk menghitung hasilnya dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Persamaan regresi sederhana yang diperoleh adalah Ŷ= 30,04+ 0,755X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian dan uji kelinieran menyatakan regresi berarti dan linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Momentdari Person menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,97sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,83dan ttabel sebesar 1,67. Dikarenakan thitung > ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara tanggung jawab sosial dengan loyalitas kerjayang dimiliki oleh karyawan PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance di Bekasi. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan 97 % variasi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Tanggung Jawab Sosial dengan Loyalitas Kerja pada Karyawan PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bekasi. ************ This study aims to describe the relationship between the application of corporate social responsibility impact on employee loyalty in Multi Finance PT Adira Bekasi. This study used a correlational approach, which values the two events are related and if you want to measure how strong the relationship is. Retrieval techniques in this research is the technique of random proportioned (Proportional random sampling). The population in this study were employees of PT. Multi Adira Finance, amounting to 120 employees. Total population of inaccessibility is the future of all employees working more than one year as many as 62 people. While the samples taken by the table determining the number of samples of Isaac and Michael with a sampling error of 5% some 51 people. Reason took his time employees who are more than 1 year, because they have to know and be able to assess the implementation of corporate social responsibility to employees. The data needed to calculate results using the questionnaire. Simple regressionequation obtained was Y = 30,04 + 0.755X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X indicates that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed. In a hypothesis test, test and test the significance of linearity expressed means and linear regression. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Person Product Moment generating rxy of 0.97 while hassil obtained t test of significance of 8.83 and 1.67 ttable. Due tcount> ttable it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between social responsibility and loyalty of the employees work owned by Multi Finance PT Adira in Bekasi. The calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 97% variation in the Yvariable is determined by variable X.The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship betweensocial responsibility and loyalty employees working on PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bekasi.
