Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada pedagang di Pasar Tanah Abang Blok G Jakarta Pusat selama 5 (bulan) bulan terhitung sejak April 2014 hingga September 2014. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pedagang di pasar tanah abang blok G jakarta, sedangkan populasi terjangkaunya adalah para pedagang yang berada di lantai 2 dan lantai 3 pasar tanah abang blok G, karena para pedagang tersebut sebelumnya menjadi pedagang kaki lima sebelum adanya relokasi tahun 2013. Sampel yang diambil yaitu 158 orang, yaitu 5% dari populasi terjangkau. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik acak sederhana. berdasarkan persamaan model regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan bentuk regresi Ŷ = - 68,14+ 1,164X Selanjutnya uji persyaratan analisis yaitu menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji Liliefors, diperoleh kesimpulan galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa Lo(0,039) < Ltabel(0,070). Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi memperoleh Fhit (15,21) > Ftabel (3,90) yang menyatakan bahwa regresi berarti, serta uji linearitas regresi yang menghasilkan Fhit (1,73) < Ftabel (1,94).Uji koefisien korelasi dengan rumus product moment menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,819. Kemudian uji signifikan koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t memperoleh thitung sebesar 13,77 dan ttabel sebesar 1,65 karena thitung> ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara lokasi usaha dengan pendapatan usaha pada pedagang di pasar tanah abang blok G jakarta pusat. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan rxy 2sebesar 0,5488. Ini menunjukkan 54,88% variansi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. ************* The study was conducted on dealers in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta Block G for 5 (months) months from April 2014 to September 2014. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression to obtain Fhit (15.21)> F table (3.90) which states that the mean regression, and regression linearity tests that produce Fhit (1,73) <F table (1.94) with a correlation coefficient .Uji product moment formula produces rxy of 0.819. Then the significant test of correlation coefficient using t-test to obtain thitung 13.77 and 1.65 for tcount ttable> t table it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between business locations with operating revenues in the land market traders brotherland G center block . Test coefficient produces rxy 2sebesar 0.5488. It shows 54.88% of variance in Y is determined by the variable X.
