Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan profesi guru dan kreativitas guru terhadap kemampuan mengajar bahasa Indonesia sekolah dasar kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan metode Ex-post Facto dengan rancangan desain treatment by level 2x2. Populasi target adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di kota Bogor dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan perhitungan sampel untuk populasi yang tak terhingga, sehingga sampel yang di dapat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 384 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kemampuan mengajar bahasa Indonesia pada guru yang telah melakukan Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) lebih tinggi daripada guru yang belum melakukan Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG). 2) Terdapat interaksi antara Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dan Kreativitas Guru terhadap Kemampuan Mengajar Guru Bahasa Indonesia. 3) Guru yang sudah mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Gmuru (PPG) dengan kreativitas tinggi memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan guru yang belum mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dengen kreativitas tinggi. 4) Guru yang sudah mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dengan kreativitas rendah memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan guru yang belum mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi uru (PPG) dengen kreativitas rendah. Katu Kunci : Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG), kreativitas guru, kemampuan mengajar bahasa Indonesia. ************* The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Professional Teacher Education and teacher creativity on the ability to teach Indonesian languange to elementary school students in Bogor. The method used is a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The population is all elementary school teachers in the city of Bogor and the sampling uses a sample calculation for an infinite population, represented by 384 teachers taken as the sample. The results show that: 1) The ability to teach Indonesian language of teachers who have passed Professional Teacher Education (PTE) is higher than teachers who have not passed Professional Teacher Education (PTE). 2) There is an interaction between Professional Teacher Education (PTE) and Teacher Creativity towards the Teaching Ability. 3) Teachers who have passed Professional Teacher Education (PTE) with high creativity have a higher average than the teachers who have not passed Professional Teacher Education (PTE) with high creativity. 4) Teachers who have passed Professional Teacher Education (PTE) with low creativity have a higher average than the teachers who have not passed Professional Teacher Education (PTE) with low creativity.
