Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Guru dan Motivasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Sanana Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 226 pada SD Kecamatan Sanana Kabuoaten Sula. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi Guru SD di Kecamatan Sanan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula Maluku Utara, (2) motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi Guru SD di Kecamatan Sanan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula Maluku Utara, (3) kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi guru SD di Kecamatan Sanan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula Maluku Utara. (4) kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, melalui motivasi Guru SD di Kecamatan Sanan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula Maluku Utara. Dengan demikian peningkatan komitmen organisasi diraih dengan baik apabila adanya pengaruh kuat kepemimpinan guru, dan motivasi yang terbina dengan baik. ******** The purpose of this study was to study the effect of Teacher Leadership and Motivation on Organizational Commitment of Elementary School Teachers (SD) inSanana District, KepulauanRegency, North Maluku.This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of this study was 226 in SD District Sanana Kabuoaten Sula. The results of this study indicate that; (1) teacher leadership has adirect effect on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in Sanan District, Sula Islands Regency, North Maluku, (2) motivation has a direct effect on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in Sanan District, Sula Islands Regency, North Maluku, (3) teacher leadership has a direct effect on motivation elementary school teacher in Sanan District, Sula Islands Regency, North Maluku. (4) teacher leadership has an indirect effect on organizational commitment, through the motivation of elementary school teachers in Sanan District, Sula Islands Regency, North Maluku. Thus an increase in organizational commitment is achieved well if there is a strong influence of teacher leadership and well-developed motivation.
