Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Perceived Usefulness dan Satisfaction terhadap Continuance Usage Intention pada Learning Management System (LMS) Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran online. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Pendidikan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Pendidikan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang pernah menggunakan Google Classroom selama pembelajaran online berlangsung. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden. Pilot study dilakukan kepada 30 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 24 dan AMOS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived usefulness terhadap satisfaction; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived usefulness terhadap continuance usage intention; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan satisfaction terhadap continuance usage intention. Kata Kunci: Intensi Penggunaan Berkelanjutan, Manfaat yang dirasakan, dan Kepuasan *************** ABSTRACT The aim for this research was to examine how much Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction influenced the Continuance Usage Intention in Google Classroom Learning Management System (LMS) for online learning. This research used descriptive design with purposive sampling as the technique. The data were collected by survey method. The population in this research were active students of the Education Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The sample criteria in this study are active students of the Education Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta who had used Google Classroom during online learning. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. The pilot study was conducted by 30 respondents. This research used structural equation modeling (SEM) as a data analysis technique with SPSS version 24 and AMOS version 22 as the analytical tools. The results of this research, indicated that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness on satisfaction; (2) there is a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness on continuance usage intention; and (3) there is a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with continuance usage intention. This proves that the perceived usefulness and satisfaction in using a system will increase the continuance usage intention the system.
