Abstract

ABSTRAK Akbar Yorat Chaerulyadi, Implementasi Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Nahwu di Kelas MIA MA Annida Al-Islamy Bekasi Timur, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020 Ilmu nahwu merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah yang membutuhkan pemahaman yang mumpuni, sehingga dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami mata pelajaran nahwu tersebut. Model pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, karena materi pelajaran dijelaskan langsung oleh teman sebaya. Hal ini sesuai dengan menurut Isjoni dalam Dewi (Dewi, 2014) “Tutor sebaya adalah seorang atau beberapa orang siswa yang ditunjuk oleh guru sebagai pembantu dalam melakukan bimbingan terhadap kawan sekelas”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pembelajaran tutor sebaya yang dilakukan pada mata pelajaran nahwu, mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran tutor sebaya pada pembelajaran nahwu dan mengetahui hasil pembelajaran nahwu dengan penerapan model tutor sebaya. Adapun data-data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, studi dokumen serta observasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskrpitif dengan menggunakan data primer, dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung kepada beberapa narasumber. Diantaranya adalah Hj. Faiqoh selaku waka kurikulum MA Annida Al-Islamy, Zainuddin, Hilmiyati Ulfah dan Ardian Renawi selaku guru mata pelajaran di MA Annida Al-Islamy serta beberapa siswa kelas XI MIA. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Pola yang lebih dominan di gunakan oleh siswa adalah tutor to group, yaitu guru membuat kelompok dan memasukkan satu tutor di dalam kelompok tersebut untuk menjelaskan materi pelajaran, 2) Penerapan pembelajaran tutor sebaya adalah guru memilih beberapa siswa yang dianggap paling menguasai materi pelajaran untuk dijadikan tutor, kemudian guru membuat kelompok belajar dan guru memasukkan tutor tersebut kesetiap kelompok, selanjutnya tutor tersebut menjelaskan materi kepada kelompoknya masing-masing, 3) Hasil pembelajaran nahwu dengan metode teman sebaya, yaitu siswa lebih aktif dalam bertanya dan berdiskusi saat pembelajaran nahwu berlangsung, selain itu siswa juga menjadi lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran karena diajarkan oleh teman sebayanya, karena bahasa yang digunakan oleh tutor sebaya lebih mudah dimengerti dan tidak terlalu baku, namun terkadang ada siswa yang memanfaatkan model pembelajaran ini untuk membahas sesuatu di luar materi pelajaran sehingga berdampak pada kurangnya pemahaman yang didapat oleh siswa mengenai materi pelajaran nahwu. This is consistent with according to isjoni in Dewi (Dewi 2014 ). "peer was a tutor or some students who were appointed by teachers as an accomplice in conducting guidance against classmates" The research aims to understand the learning tutor age conducted in subjects nahwu, know steps learning tutorage on learning the lessons nahwu. brought by the application of model tutor but the data collected through interviews, the study documents, and observation. Methods used in research this is qualitative primary descriptive using data, with to do the interview directly to some informants. Are is the Mrs. hj.Faiqoh as waka annida al-islamy curriculum, Mr. Zainuddin, Mrs. Hilmiyati Ulfah, and Mr. Ardian Renawi as subject teachers in ma annida al-islamy and several students xi mia. The result of this research is the 1 ) that are more dominant in use by students were tutor to a group, consisting of makes poor and admit one tutor in the group to explain the subject matter, 2 ) The application of peer learning tutor is the students who are considered most choose some of the subject matter to be, tutor then the teacher makes study groups and teachers include the tutor, to each group the tutor has explained the materials to her group, each 3 ) lessons nahwu with the peers, the students more active in question and discuss when learning nahwu held, the students also be easier to understand the subject matter for being taught by their peers, because the language spoken by tutor grew more obvious and not too raw, but sometimes there were students use this kind of classroom to discuss something outside the subject matter that resulted in a lack of understanding obtained by students on the subject matter nahwu .
