Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang terdapat untuk memperoleh data empiris dan fakta-fakta yang tepat, sahih, valid, serta dapat dipercaya dan diandalkan tentang pengaruh kepercayaan dan risiko yang dirasakan terhadap niat menggunakan aplikasi pembayaran seluler pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan dari bulan Agustus 2020 sampai bulan Januari 2021. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei online. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Gopay yang merupakan generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta. Untuk pengolahan data, peneliti mengolah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sebanyak 200 orang. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi variabel keseluruhan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai Rsquare adalah 0,429. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 42,9% niat menggunakan dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan dan risiko yang dirasakan sedangkan sisanya 57,1% dipengaruhi oleh pengaruh variabel lain di luar dari penelitian ini. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap niat menggunakan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara risiko yang dirasakan terhadap niat menggunakan, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepercayaan dan risiko yang dirasakan terhadap niat menggunakan. The purpose of this study is to obtain the available knowledge to obtain empirical data and facts that are correct, valid, reliable and reliable about the effect of trust and perceived risk on the intention to use mobile payment applications in the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted for six months from August 2020 to January 2021. The research method that researchers used was the online survey method. The data used in this research is quantitative data with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The population used in this study is Gopay users who are the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. For data processing, the researcher processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 200 people. In the test for the coefficient of determination of the total variable, it can be seen that the Rsquare value is 0.429. This shows that 42.9% intention to use is influenced by trust and perceived risk, while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by the influence of other variables outside of this study. The results obtained from this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between trust in intention to use, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between perceived risk on intention to use, (3) There is a positive and significant influence on trust and perceived risk confidence in intention to use.
