Abstract

ABSTRAK Wahid Maulidan Atthoriq, Model Rencana Pembelajaran Semeseter Kalam III Berbasis CEFR (Common European Framework Reference For Language) Menggunakan Blended Learning . Skripsi: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Januari 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Model Pembelajaran Semester Kalam 3 berbasis CEFR menggunakan Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan berdasarkan Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation), Peneliti membatasi langkah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analyze), Analisis kebutuhan dari Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab semester 5 terhadap RPS Kalam 3, (2) Desain (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development) , peneliti merancang RPS Kalam 3 yang disesuaikan dengan CEFR tingkat B1 dan blended learning (3) Penilaian produk dilakukan oleh ahli review (Evaluation). Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang diperoleh dari data sejumlah 20 orang diperoleh, indeks kebutuhan terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Kalam 3 berdasarkan Blended Learning adalah 2,29 (dengan skala 1-3) dengan diperoleh angka 2,29 maka RPS Kalam 3 berdasarkan Blended Learning sangat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan RPS berstandar CEFR diperoleh deskripsi mata kuliah Kalam 3 yaitu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi formal dan non-formal terkait minat, hobi, bidang profesional, bertukar informasi dan terkait kehidupan sehari-hari dengan penuh percaya diri dalam berbagai situasi Mata kuliah ini mencakup : Komunikasi mengenai hal-hal bersifat umum dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, pengungkapan pendapat pribadi, pengajuan keluhan, penyelesaikan masalah dan bertukar informasi tentang topik umum dalam kehidupan sehari-hari perjalanan, dan bertransaksi. Pengungkapaan pemikiran tentang topik terkini. Pengekspresian dan penanggapan terkait perasaan seperti kejutan, kebahagiaan dan kesedihan. Dan keikutsertaan dalam acara formal Berdasarkan penilaian ahli terhadap RPS telah diperoleh nilai 4,6 (dengan skala 1-5) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, maka RPS Kalam 3 dapat dikembangkan dan layak digunakan. ABSTRACT Wahid Maulidan Atthoriq. This study aims to produce development of Semester Learning Plan Kalam 3 used by CEFR based on blended learning. The method used in this study is a development method based on the ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation), the researcher limits the steps of the method used in this research, namely: (1) Analyze, Analyze of the needs of students of Arabic Language Education study programs In the 5th semester of Kalam 3 RPS, (2) Design and Development, researchers designed Kalam 3 RPS which was adjusted to CEFR level B1 and blended learning (3) Product assessment was carried out by expert review. Based on the analysis of needs obtained from the data of 20 people obtained, the index of needs for the Kalam 1 Semester Learning Plan based on Blended Learning is 2.29 (on a scale of 1-3) with a figure of 2.29 obtained, then the Kalam 3 RPS based on Blended Learning is needed. Based on the analysis of academic documents and CEFR, the description of Kalam 3 aims to improve students' abilities in formal and non-formal communication related to interests, hobbies, professional fields, exchange information and related daily life confidently in various situations. This course includes: Communication regarding general matters in everyday life, disclosing personal opinions, filing complaints, solving problems and exchanging information on general topics in daily travel life, and making transactions. Expressing thoughts on current topics. Expression and response related to feelings such as surprise, happiness and sadness and participation in formal events. Based on expert judgment on RPS, a value of 4.6 (scale 1-5) was included in the excellent category. Therefore, Kalam 3 RPS can be developed and feasible to use.
