Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi terhadap counterproductive work behavior pada Karyawan Bank Swasta di Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 71 Bank Swasta Nasional yang terdaftar di data Otoritas Jasa Keuangan 2020. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 195 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan range skala likert. Variabel counterproductive work Behavior (Y), Kcerdasan Emosional (X1) dan Iklim Organisasi (X2) merupakan data primer. Data dianalisis dengan tehnik regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.0. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari uji persyaratan analisis (uji normalitas dan linearitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastistas), persamaan regresi berganda, uji F dan uji T. Uji normalitas dengan Kolmogorov Smirnov pada ketiga variabel bernilai 0,200. Hasil uji linearitas pada kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi bernilai 0,000. Uji multikolinearitas variabel kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi memiliki nilai tolerancre 0,925 dan nilai VIF sebesar 0,81. Uji heteroskedastistas pada variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki sig 0,883 dan iklim organisasi memiliki nilai sig 0,845. Uji f bernilai 14.444. dan uji T memiliki nilai 3,327. Hasil persamaan regresi berganda adalah sebagai berikut Y = 57,820 – 0,167X1 – 0,083X2, dari persamaan tersebut pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi terhadap counterproductive work behavior memliliki pengaruh dengan arah negatif dan signifikan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,893 yang mengartikan bahwa tingkat pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi terhadap counterproductive work behavior termasuk pada klasifikasi sangat kuat. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational climate on counterproductive work behavior among private bank employees in South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 71 National Private Banks registered in the 2020 Financial Services Authority data. The sample in this study was 195 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale range. Counterproductive work Behavior (Y), Emotional Intelligence (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) variables are primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.0 program. The analysis technique used consists of the analysis requirements test (normality and linearity test), classic assumption test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple regression equations, F test and T test. Normality test with Kolmogorov Smirnov on all three variables is 0.200. The result of linearity test on emotional intelligence and organizational climate is worth 0.000. The multicollinearity test of emotional intelligence and organizational climate variables has a tolerance value of 0.925 and a VIF value of 0.81. The heteroscedasticity test on the emotional intelligence variable has a sig of 0.883 and the organizational climate has a sig of 0.845. The f test is 14,444. and the T test has a value of 3.327. The results of the multiple regression equation are as follows: Y = 57.820 - 0.167X1 - 0.083X2, from this equation the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational climate on counterproductive work behavior has a negative and significant effect. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.893, which means that the level of influence of emotional intelligence and organizational climate on counterproductive work behavior is classified as very strong.
