Abstract

This study aims to evaluate teacher professional development programs at the Ash-ShofaPekanbaru Foundation. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted with an evaluation method with a discrepancy evaluation model. Result: the design phase, the guidance program professional teachers have a clear concept, the design of programs, objectives and programs which were carried out in the Strategic Plan (Plan). Installation phase, the entire program is supported by the resources and the allocation of the budget each year, as well as co-factors other. The coaching program is explained in 7 (seven) standards; content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, educator standards, facility standards, management standards and assessment standards. The process phase, the program is carried out based on the Strategic Plan in accordance with the implementation schedule. Program implementation is based on priority scale, some programs are not implemented according to the schedule that has been programmed. The results phase, most programs have not met 100% or there are still gaps in all standards.*********** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan profesional guru pada Yayasan Ash-Shofa Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitain ini dilakukan dengan metode evaluasi dengan model evaluasi kesenjangan (discrepancy evauation model). Hasil penelitian: tahap desain, program pembinaan profesioaal guru memiliki konsep yang jelas, desain program, tujuan dan progam yang diaktualisasikan dalam Rencana Strategis (Renstra).Tahap instalasi, seluruh program didukung oleh sumber daya dan alokasi yang anggaran setiap tahun, serta faktor pendukung yang lain.Program pembinaan yang dijabarkan pada 7 (tujuh) standar; standar isi, standar proses, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik, standar sarana, standar pengelolaan dan standar penilaian. Tahap proses, progam dilaksanakan berdasarkan Renstra sesuai dengan jadwal pelaksanaan. Pelaksanaan program berdasarkan skala prioritas, beberapa program tidak terlaksana sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah programkan. Tahap hasil, program sebagaian besar belum memenuhi 100 % atau masih terdapat kesenjangan pada seluruh standar.
