Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan analisis jalur diterapkan dalam hipotesis dan 59 sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan langsung terhadap kinerja. Artinya, peningkatan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah telah menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan yang signifikan, 2) Komunikasi interpersonal berdampak positif dan langsung terhadap kinerja. Artinya peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal telah menyebabkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan, 3) Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan langsung terhadap komunikasi interpersonal. Artinya, peningkatan supervisi akademik akan berdampak serius pada komunikasi interpersonal guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan, supervisi akademik dan komunikasi interpersonal dapat dilaksanakan dan ditingkatkan dengan lebih baik. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi perkembangan dan kemajuan pendidikan dasar khususnya di bagian selatan Jakarta The research objective was to determine the effect of academic supervision and interpersonal communication on teacher performance. This research was conducted at the State Elementary School, Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta. This study uses quantitative methods with survey methods and path analysis applied to the hypothesis and 59 samples were selected using random sampling. The results of this study are 1) Academic supervision has a positive and direct effect on performance. This means that increased academic supervision of school principals has led to a significant increase in the performance of SD Negeri Mampang Prapatan South Jakarta teachers, 2) Interpersonal communication has a positive and direct impact on performance. This means that an increase in interpersonal communication has led to a significant increase in the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta, 3) Principal's academic supervision has a positive and direct effect on interpersonal communication. Thismeans that increased academic supervision will have a serious impact on the interpersonal communication of teachers at SD Negeri Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta. Therefore, in order to improve teacher performance in SD Negeri Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta, academic supervision and interpersonal communication can be better implemented and improved. This will affect the development and progress of basic education, especially in the southern part of Jakarta
