Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jasaraharja Putera di Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama delapan bulan mulai bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan September 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 129 karyawan. Berdasarkan pada tabel Isaac dan Michael, maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 95 reponden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu (1) uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dengan nilai signifikansi variabel organizational citizenship behavior 0,78; nilai signifikansi disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 0,64; nilai signifikansi kinerja karyawan yaitu 0,53. Hasil uji linieritas nilai Deviation of Linearity variabel organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 0,140 dan variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0,220; (2) Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji multikolinearitas untuk nilai Tolerance sebesar 0,506 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF sebesar 1,976 < 10. Hasil uji heteroskedastisitas untuk variabel organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 0,643 > 0,05 dan variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0,758 > 0,05; (3) Uji regresi linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y ̂=15,317 + 0,564 X_1+ 0,459 X_2. ; (4) Uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji F dalam tabel ANOVA yaitu F hitung 109,793 > F tabel 3,10. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara organizational citizenship behavior (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) dengan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil uji t untuk variabel organizational citizenship behavior sebesar t hitung> t tabel. Hal tersebut berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja (X2) dengan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). (5) analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,705 yang bermakna 70,5% variabilitas variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel organizational citizenship behavior dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to determine the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (X1) and work dicipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Jasaraharja Putera, Jakarta Selatan. The reserch method used was a survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 129 employees. Based on Isaac and Michael’s table, the number of samples in this study were 95 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were: (1) analysis requirements test consisiting of a normality test with a significance value of the organizational citizenship behavior varible of 0,78; the significannce value of the work discipline variable is 0,64; the significance of the employee performance variable is 0,53. The result of the linearity test for the Deviation of Linearity value for the organizational citizenship behavior variable were 0,140 and the work discipline variable was 0,220.;(2) The classical assumption test which consist of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The multicollinearity test result for the Tolerance value of 0,506 > 0,1. and the VIF value of 1,976<10. The result of the heteroscedasticity test for the organizational citizenship behavior variable were 0,643 > 0,05 and the work discipline variable was 0,758 > 0,05.; (3) Multiple linear regression test with the result of the equation. Y = 15,317 + 0,564 X1 + 0,459 X2; (4) Hypothesis testing consisiting of the F test and t test. The result of the F test in the ANOVA table, namely F count 109,793 > table 3,10. This means that there is a joint effect organizational citizenship behavior (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance. The result of the t test for the organizational citizenship behavior variable are 6,453 > 1,968 .and for the work discipline variable it is 4,955 > 1,968 This means that there is a positive influence of organizational citizenship behavior (X1) and employee performance and a positive influence between work discipline (X2) and Employye performance (Y). (5) analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0,705 which means 70,5% of variability in the employee performance variable can be explained by the variables of organizational citizenship behavior and work discipline, while the remaining 29,5% is influenced by other variables which are not examined.
