Abstract
Inovasi merupakan salah satu modal dasar yang dibutuhkan bagi organisasi agar tetap dapat survive dalam lingkungan yang kompetitif. Organisasi pendidikan tinggi juga memerlukan inovasi yang kuat agar dapat terus bersaing dan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif dosen, terutama dilihat berdasarkan faktor pembelajaran organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan di STIK-PTIK dengan sampel 108 dosen yang diambil dengan secara acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Skala Likert 1-5 dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif dosen. Pembelajaran organisasi juga diketahui memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dosen. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berperan memdiasi pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif. Berdasarkan hasil ini, maka faktor pembelajaran organisasi dan komitmen organisasi perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan perilaku inovatif dosen. Innovation is one of the basic assets needed for organizations to survive in a competitive environment. Higher education organizations also need strong innovation in order to continue to compete and produce high quality graduates. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the innovative behavior of lecturers, especially based on organizational learning factors and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at STIK-PTIK with a sample of 108 lecturers who were taken randomly. Data collection using a Likert scale 1-5 questionnaire and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that organizational learning and organizational commitment had a positive direct influence on the innovative behavior of lecturers. Organizational learning is also known to have a positive direct influence on the organizational commitment of lecturers. Other findings indicate that organizational commitment plays a role in the influence of organizational learning on innovative behavior. Based on these results, the organizational learning factors and organizational commitment need to be improved in order to increase the innovative behavior of lecturers.
