Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran teknik dasar bolavoli melalui pendekatan bermain dan menguji efektifitas model pembelajaran teknik dasar bolavoli melalui pendekatan bermain dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar bolavoli siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengadopsi dari teori Borg dan Gall yang memiliki 10 langkah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Uji signinifikan efektifitas model pembelajaran teknik dasar bolavoli melalui pendekatan bermain menggunakan uji-t. Sebelum data analisis dilakukan uji normalitas terhadap hasil peningkatan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol sebesar (n=40) pada teknik dasar bolavoli dengan menggunakan pada taraf nyata =0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikan untuk data kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,13 dan data kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,09. Karena nilai signifikan kedua kelompok lebih besar dari 0,05 maka keseluruhan data kelompok penelitian berdistribusi normal. Uji efektifitas teknik dasar bolavoli menggunakan uji t dengan nilai t hitung 10,524 dan t tabel 2,024. Teknik dasar kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi atau efektif dari kelompok kontrol. Maka model pembelajaran teknik dasar bolavoli melalui pendekatan bermain secara efektif dan efesien diberikan kepada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). This study aims to develop a learning model for basic volleyball techniques through a playing approach and to test the effectiveness of the volleyball basic technique learning model through the play approach in improving junior high school volleyball learning outcomes. The research method used is research and development which adopts the theory of Borg and Gall which has 10 steps. The data analysis techniques used in this research were qualitative and quantitative. The design of this study used a pretest-posttest control group design to determine the initial abilities of the experimental group and the control group. The significant test of the effectiveness of the basic technique of volleyball learning model through the play approach uses the t-test. Before the data analysis, the normality test was carried out on the results of the increase in the experimental group and the control group by (n = 40) in the basic technique of volleyball using the real level = 0.05. The results of this study indicate a significant value for the experimental group data of 0.13 and the control group data of 0.09. Because the significant value of the two groups is greater than 0.05, the overall data for the study group is normally distributed. The effectiveness test of the basic technique of volleyball using the t-test with t count 10.524 and t table 2.024. Thus the basic technique of the experimental group is higher or more effective than the control group. So the learning model of basic volleyball techniques through an effective and efficient playing approach is given to junior high school students.
