Abstract

Angka Partisipasi Kasar merupakan indikator partisipasi sekolah yang menunjukan keadaan yang sesungguhnya pada suatu jenjang tanpa melihat batasan umur,. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemiskinan dan alokasi anggaran pendidikan terhadap angka partisipasi kasar tingkat SMA di Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dengan data panel model fixed effect. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kemiskinan memiliki pengaruh langsung negatif dan signifikan terhadap angka partisipasi kasar tingkat SMA di Indonesia. Lalu, alokasi anggaran pendidikan memiliki pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap angka partisipasi kasar tingkat SMA di Indonesia. Sedangkan alokasi anggaran pendidikan memiliki pengaruh langsung negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Kata kunci: Angka Partisipasi Kasar, Kemiskinan dan Alokasi Anggaran Pendidikan. The gross enrollment rate is an indicator of school participation that shows the real situation at a level regardless of age limit. This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty and the allocation of the education budget on the gross enrollment rate at the senior secondary school level in Indonesia in 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data using path analysis techniques with fixed effect panel data models. This study finds that poverty has a negative and significant direct effect on the gross enrollment rate at the senior secondary level in Indonesia. Then, the education budget allocation has a positive and significant direct effect on the gross enrollment rate at the senior secondary school level in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the education budget allocation has a significant negative direct effect on poverty. Keywords: Gross Enrollment Rate, Poverty and Education Budget Allocation.
