Abstract

Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter dan kepribadian siswa. Penanaman interpersonal citizenship behavior kepada siswa perlu dilaksanakan oleh guru agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai secara efektif. Keadilan dan kepemimpinan guru merupakan beberapa faktor penting untuk membentuk interpersonal citizenship behavior siswa yang baik. Atas permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah distribution justice dapat menjadi mediator yang baik antara instructional leadership dengan interpersonal citizenship behavior siswa. Metode survei denganstudi kausal dilakukan dengan memilih 75 siswa SMA Negeri di Jakarta secara acak. Ada empat instrumen yang diukur, yaitu instructional leadership (28 butir, dengan koefisien reliabilitas .939), distribution justice (27 butir, dengan koefisien reliabilitas .926), dan interpersonal citizenship behavior (24 butir, dengan koefisien reliabilitas .904). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instructional leadership dan distribution justice berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior, instructional leadership berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan distribution justice, dan instructional leadership berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior melalui mediasi distribution justice, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa distribution justice berperan baik sebagai mediator. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila ingin meminimalkan variasi interpersonal citizenship behavior siswa secara positif diperlukan pertimbangan atas faktor-faktor seperti instructional leadership dan distribution justice yang dapat dijadikan sebagai prioritas dalam menjaga kualitas interpersonal citizenship behavior siswa terutama pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini. Teacher has an important role to shape student’s character and behavior. Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior need to be applied by the teacher for the students to achieve the learning process effectievly. Justice and Teacher’s leadership are some factors that important to shape student’s Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior. In that case, this research was aimed at finding out the effect of Instructional Leadership with students’ Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior mediated by Distribution Justice. Therefore, a survey used by selecting randomly 75 students 11 grade at 36 Senior Highschool in Jakarta. There were four instruments measured, Instructional Leadership (28 items with a reliability coefficient .939), Distribution Justice (27 items with a reliability coefficient .926), and Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior (24 items with a reliability coefficient .904). Data analyzed by path analysis. The research results showed that Instructional Leadership and Distribution Justice directly and significantly affected Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior, Instructional Leadership directly and significantly affected Distribution Justice, then Instructional Leadership indirectly and significantly affected on Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior mediated by Distribution Justice. Therefore, it can be conclude that in trying to reduce the variation of student’s interpersonal citizenship behavior, so the factor such as instructional leadership should be taken into consideration which mediated by Distribution Justice. This would be imply that a school policy might be best developed ny putting instructional leadership and interpersonal citizenship behavior as a priority in maintaining the sudents perfomance quality especially during the pandemic
