Abstract

Peringkat pendidikan Indonesia menurut beberapa hasil studi mendapatkan tingkatan rendah. Beberapa faktor dapat menjadi penyebab terjadinya situasi tersebut, seperti motivasi dan disiplin belajar dari siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pada siswa SMK PGRI 3 Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 250 siswa. Pemilihan sampel sebanyak 123 siswa dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan purposive sampling. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil output analisis koefisien determinasi diperolah besar nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,582, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu motivasi belajar (X1) dengan variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar (Y) sebesar 58,2%. Selanjutnya, hasil output analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh besar nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,621, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu disiplin belajar (X2) dengan variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar (Y) sebesar 62,1%. Sedangkan pengaruh kedua variable bebas yaitu motivasi belajar (X1) dan disiplin belajar (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) sebesar 0,737 yang diartikan pengaruh variabel motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar adalah 73,7%. Selain adanya pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin belajar akan terdapat faktor lainnya yang berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar. This study aims to analyze how much influence between learning motivation and learning discipline on learning achievement in students of SMK PGRI 3 Bogor. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 250 students. The sample selection of 123 students was based on purposive sampling calculation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of R Square (R2) of 0.582, this indicates that the influence of the independent variable, namely learning motivation (X1) and the dependent variable, namely learning achievement (Y), is 58.2%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of R Square (R2) of 0.621, this indicates that the influence of the independent variable, namely learning discipline (X2) and the dependent variable, namely learning achievement (Y), is 62.1%. While the effect of the two independent variables, namely learning motivation (X1) and learning discipline (X2) on learning achievement (Y), was 0.737, which means that the influence of learning motivation and learning discipline variables on learning achievement was 73.7%. In addition to the influence of motivation and learning discipline, there are other factors that affect learning achievement.
