Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, meneliti, menyelediki penanaman nilai karakter tanggung jawab oleh orang tua kepada anak usia dini di RT 016 rw 04, Kelurahan Manggarai, Kecamatan Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober-Desember 2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi kepada 8 pasang orang tua yang telah mempunyai anak usia dini. Adapun pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat proses dan tahapan dalam penanaman nilai karakter tanggung jawab, yaitu: 1) Dasar-dasar penanaman nilai karakter tanggung jawab; 2) Proses penanaman nilai karakter; 3) Faktor hambatan dalam penanaman nilai karakte tanggung jawab; 4) Mendidik dan mengajarkan anak; 5) Perkembangan karakter; 6) Keberhasilan penanaman nilai karakter tanggung jawab. Untuk mencapai proses dan tahapan penanaman nilai karakter tanggung jawab kepada anak, pasangan orang tua sebaiknya memenuhi tahapan-tahapan tersebut. This Study aims to determine, research, and investiate the inculcation of the character value of responsibility by parents to early childhood in RT 016 RW 04 Kelurahan Manggarai, Kecamatan Tebet, South Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection of this research was conducted in October-December 2020. The data collection used observation, in-depth interviews and documentation to 8 pairs of parents who had early childhood. The selection of informants in this study was selected using purposive sampling. The results showed that there are processes and stages in the incultion of the value of the character of responsibility, namely: 1) The basics of culvating the values of the character of the character of responsibility; 2) The proscess of planting character values; 3) The obstacle factor in instilling the value of the character responsibility; 4) Educating and teching children; 5) Character development of children; 6) The succesful inclucation of the character value of responsibility. To archive the process and stages of instilling the value of the character of responsibility for children, the pair of parents should fulfill thes stages
