Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan Kurikulum Pelatihan bagi Pustakawan Inpassing yang dapat digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program pelatihan di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Dalam mengembangkan kurikulum ini, peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan kurikulum yang dikemukakan oleh Hilda Taba. Model ini terdiri dari delapan tahapan yaitu: (1) Mendiagnosa kebutuhan, (2) Merumuskan tujuan, (3) Memilih isi, (4) Mengorganisasikan isi, (5) Memilih pengalaman belajar, (6) Mengorganisasikan pengalaman belajar, (7) Mengevaluasi, dan (8) Memeriksa kesimbangan dan urutan. Teknik evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi formatif dengan melibatkan ahli (expert review). Evaluasi tersebut melibatkan 1 ahli kurikulum dan 1 ahli materi dalam bidang kepustakawanan. Adapun hasil review dari ahli kurikulum memperoleh skor rata-rata 3.00 dan ahli dari materi memperoleh skor 3.86, maka diperolehlah skor rata-rata 3.43. Berdasarkan kriteria hasil yang telah ditentukan, maka kurikulum yang telah dikembangkan memperoleh skor dengan kategori sangat baik. This development research produces a Training Curriculum for Inpassing Librarians which can be used in the implementation of training programs at the National Library of Indonesia Education and Training Center. In developing this curriculum, researchers used the curriculum development model proposed by Hilda Taba. This model consists of eight stages, namely: (1) Diagnosing needs, (2) Formulating objectives, (3) Selecting content, (4) Organizing content, (5) Selecting learning experiences, (6) Organizing learning experiences, (7) Evaluating , and (8) Checking balance and sequence. The evaluation technique used in this study used a formative evaluation method involving an expert (expert review). The evaluation involved 1 curriculum expert and 1 material expert in the field of librarianship. The results of the review from curriculum experts obtained an average score of 3.00 and experts from the material obtained a score of 3.86, so the average score was 3.43. Based on the predetermined outcome criteria, the developed curriculum obtained a score in the very good category.
