Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerimaan karyawan PT United Tractors Tbk terhadap pemanfaatan Microsoft Teams sebagai platform training master data management pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT United Tractors Tbk dengan subjek penelitian karyawan yang mengikuti training master data management, yang berjumlah 25 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pemanfaatan dengan menggunakan teori penyatuan penerimaan dan penggunaan teknologi (UTAUT), yang dikembangkan oleh Venkatesh, dkk, dimana teori ini memiliki empat konstruk determinan yaitu 1) Ekspektansi Kinerja, 2) Ekspektansi Usaha, 3) Pengaruh Sosial, dan 4) Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persentase penerimaan karyawan dalam empat konstruk determinan, yaitu Ekspektansi kinerja sebesar 93.6%, Ekspektansi Usaha sebesar 88.5%, Pengaruh Sosial sebesar 95.2%, dan Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi sebesar 73.1%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerimaan karyawan PT United Tractors terhadap pemanfaatan Microsoft Teams sebagai platform training master data management dapat dikatakan sangat baik The purpose of this study is to describe the acceptance of PT United Tractors Tbk employees for the use of Microsoft Teams as a master data management training platform during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at PT United Tractors Tbk with the research subjects of employees who participated in master data management training, totaling 25 respondents. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire that is distributed via google form. The research is utilization research using Unified Theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), which was developed by Venkatesh et al, where this theory has four determinant constructs, namely 1) Performance Expectancy, 2) Effort expectancy, 3) Social Influence, and 4 ) Facilitating Conditions. The results showed that the percentage level of employee acceptance in four determinant constructs, namely Performance Expectancy is 93.6%, Effort Expectancy is 88.5%, Social Influence is 95.2%, and Facilitating conditions is 73.1%. From these results it can be concluded that PT United Tractors Tbk employee acceptance of the use of Microsoft Teams as master data management training platform can be said to be very well accepted.
