Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video interaktif sebagai Learning Object pada mata kuliah Persepsi dan Desain Pesan di program studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Materi yang terdapat pada video interaktif tersebut diantaranya yaitu elemen desain visual, teknik visualisasi ide, Teknik mengurut serta menyorot informasi, visualisasi data numerik, visualisasi fakta, petunjuk dan proses serta visualisasi konsep luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Bergman dan Moore. model pengembangan Bergman dan Moore ini dilakukan hanya dengan 6 tahap, yaitu tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap pengembangan, tahap produksi, tahap penggabungan serta tahap validasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2020 yang berjumlah 13 mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan uji coba ahli media dan ahli materi menyatakan video ini layak digunakan dengan penilaian baik, lalu mahasiswa untuk uji coba perorangan dengan memberikan respon dan saran untuk memperbaiki kualitas produk, dan uji coba kelompok kecil dengan nilai rata-rata 3.27 Oleh karena itu, uji coba ini menyatakan bahwa mahasiswa merespon positif dan video pembelajaran ini sudah baik dan layak digunakan sebagai Learning Object pada mata kuliah Persepsi dan Desain Pesan. This study aims to develop interactive video as a Learning Object in the Perception and Message Design courses at the Jakarta State University Educational Technology study program. The material contained in the interactive video includes visual design elements, idea visualization techniques, techniques for sorting and highlighting information, visualizing numerical data, visualizing facts, instructions and processes and visualizing broad concepts. This study uses the Bergman and Moore development model. The Bergman and Moore development model is carried out in only 6 stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the production stage, the incorporation stage and the validation stage. The subjects of this study were 13 students of Educational Technology at the State University of Jakarta, class of 2020. The results of this study showed that the trial of media experts and material experts stated that this video was suitable for use with good ratings, then students for individual trials by providing responses and suggestions to improve product quality, and small group trials with an average value of 3.27 Therefore, this trial states that students respond positively and this learning video is good and suitable for use as a Learning Object in the Perception and Message Design course.
