Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, dan Kecerdasan Adversitas Terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini membutuhkan waktu selama 6 bulan terhitung dari bulan April 2020 sampai dengan September 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 471 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 235 siswa. Sampel tersebut mengacu pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan teknik pemilihan sampling menggunakan proportional random sampling. Variabel Niat Berwirausaha (Y), Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1), Efikasi Diri (X2), Kecerdasan Adversitas (X3) merupakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil uji normalitas 0,200 > 0,05. Hasil uji linearitas nilai Sig Pendidikan Kewirausahaan 0,000 < 0,05, Efikasi Diri 0,000 < 0,05, dan Kecerdasan Adversitas 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji multikolinearitas untuk nilai Tolerance Pendidikan Kewirausahaan 0,770 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF sebesar 1,298 <10, Efikasi Diri 0,669 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,496 < 10, Kecerdasan Adversitas 0,661 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,513 < 10. Hasil uji heteroskedastisitas untuk Pendidikan Kewiarausahaan sebesar 0,566 > 0,05, Efikasi Diri 0,884> 0,05, dan Kecerdasan Adversitas 0,550>0,05. Ketiga uji regresi linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan Ŷ = 2,299+ 0,328X1 + 0,631X2+0,092X3. Keempat uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji F dalam tabel ANOVA yaitu F-hitung 83,963 > F-tabel 2,643. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, dan Kecerdasan Adversitas terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Hasil uji t untuk Pendidikan Kewirausahaan adalah t hitung 5,198 > t tabel 1,970, Efikasi Diri 8,802> t tabel 1,970, dan Kecerdasan Adversitas t hitung 2,042 > ttabel 1,970. Hal tersebut berarti terdapat pengaruh positif Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh positif Efikasi Diri terhadap Niat Berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh positif Kecerdasan Adversitas terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Kelima analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,522 yang bermakna 52,2% variabilitas variabel Niat Berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, dan Kecerdasan Adversitas. Sedangkan sisanya 47,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, Kecerdasan Adversitas, Niat Berwirausaha This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and adversity intelligence on entrepreneurial intentions. This research took 6 months starting from April 2020 to September 2020. The method used was a survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 471 students with a sample of 2]’35 students. The sample refers to Isaac and Michael's table with a sampling selection technique using proportional random sampling. The Entrepreneurial Intention (Y), Entrepreneurship Education (X1), Self-Efficacy (X2), Adversity Intelligence (X3) variables are primary data obtained from the results of distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the first analysis requirements test consisting of a normality test and a linearity test. The result of normality test is 0.200> 0.05. The results of the linearity test of the Sig value of Entrepreneurship Education 0.000 <0.05, Self-Efficacy 0.000 <0.05, and Adversity Intelligence 0.000 <0.05. The multicollinearity test results for the Tolerance value of Entrepreneurship Education 0.770> 0.1 and the VIF value of 1.298 <10, Self Efficacy 0.669> 0.1 and VIF value 1.496 <10, Adversity Intelligence 0.661> 0.1 and VIF value 1.513 <10. Results Heteroscedasticity test for Corporate Culture Education of 0.566> 0.05, Self-Efficacy 0.884> 0.05, and Adversity Intelligence 0.550> 0.05. The three multiple linear regression tests with the results of the equation Ŷ = 2,299+ 0.328X1 + 0.631X2 + 0.092X3. The four hypothesis tests consist of the F test and t test. The results of the F test in the ANOVA table are F-count 83.963> F-table 2.643. This means that there is a joint influence between Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy, and Adversity Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The results of the t test for Entrepreneurship Education are t count 5.198> t table 1.970, Self Efficacy 8.802> t table 1.970, and Adversity Intelligence t count 2.042> t table 1.970. This means that there is a positive influence on Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intention, there is a positive influence on Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intentions, there is a positive influence on Adversity Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The fifth analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0.522, which means 52.2% of the variability of the entrepreneurial intention variable can be explained by Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy, and Adversity Intelligence.
