Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat BPSDM Kementerian Perhubungan RI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang berbentuk survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument utama dalam mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu thitung lebih besar dari pada ttable maka hipotesis alternatif dinyatakan dalam koefisien korelasi signifikan diterima, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif dari hubungan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat BPSDM Kementerian Perhubungan RI. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between leadership and employee performance In The Secretariat Of The Human Resource Development Agency Of The Ministry Of TransportationRepublic Of Indonesia. The researchmethod used is a quantitative approach, this study uses a survey method using a correlational approach. which uses a questionnaire as the main instrument in collecting data. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the Product Moment correlation from Karl Pearson, by first testing the hypothesis with the tcountobtained in this study, namely the tcountis greater than the ttable, so the alternative hypothesis is expressed in terms of a significant correlation coefficient is accepted, which means that there is a positive relationship leadership and employee performance on performance at the BPSDM Secretariat of the Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia.
