Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan peserta (evaluasi level reaction) terhadap Penyelenggara pelatihan e-learning, menganalisis tingkat pemahaman peserta (evaluasi level learning), menganalisis perubahan perilaku peserta (evaluasi level behavior), dan menganalisis dampak perubahan perilaku peserta (evaluasi level result). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Evaluasi Kirkpatrik empat level. Pelatihan berbasis e-learning yang akan dievaluasi adalah pelatihan e-learning Tata Naskah Dinas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada level reaction semua peserta telah puas terhadap penyelenggaraan dan pengajar pada pelatihan e-learning Tata Naskah Dinas, pada level learning semua peserta telah lulus ujian sehingga level pemahaman peserta tercapai, pada level behavior telah terjadi perubahan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan sehingga level perubahan perilaku tercapai, dan pada level dampak diperoleh hasil adanya mandaat dan kontribusi pelatihan terdapat produktifitas pegawai. Keempat level evaluasi tersebut telah memenuhi kriteria berhasil tetapi masih ada perbaikan yang harus ditindaklanjuti oleh BPPK. This research aims to analyze the level of participant satisfaction (evaluation level reaction) to e-learning training providers, analyze the level of understanding of participants (evaluation level learning), analyze changes in participant behavior (evaluation level behavior), and analyze the impact of changes in participant behavior (evaluation level result). The method used in this research is the four-level Kirkpatric Evaluation Method. The e-learning-based training that will be evaluated is the e-learning training for Official Manuscripts. The results of this study are at the reaction level all the participants are satisfied with the implementation and the instructor of the Official Manuscript e-learning training, at the learning level all participants have passed the test so that the participant's level of understanding is reached, at the behavior level there have been changes before and after the training The level of behavior change is achieved, and at the level of impact, it is found that there are signs and contributions of training that are employee productivity. The four evaluation levels have met the criteria for success but there are still improvements that must be followed up by the BPPK
