Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh keterlibatan ayah terhadap resiliensi remaja pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 317 remaja yang tinggal di daerah zona merah atau zona rawan COVID-19. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) yang terdiri dari 25 item dan Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS) dan Father Involvement Scale (FIS) yang terdiri dari dua subskala, yaitu Reported Father Involvement Scale dan Desired Father Involvement Scale. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik regresi linear pada SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah dengan resiliensi remaja pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Ditemukkan bahwa keterlibatan ayah juga memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46,3% pada resiliensi remaja. ********** This particular research is aimed to comprehend the influence of paternal involvement towards adolescents’ resiliency in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic. This research made use of a quantitative approach with purposive sampling as sampling technique. The sample consisted of 317 teenagers living in the red zone or the COVID-19 prone zone. The instrument used in this research are Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) which consists of 25 item, and Nurturant Father Involvement Scale (NFS) and Father Involvement Scale (FIS), which consists of two subscales, namely the Reported Father Involvement Scale and the Desired Father Involvement Scale. Data analyses were conducted with linear regression technique on SPSS the 26th version. The result of the research indicates that there was a positive and significant influence of paternal involvement towards adolescents’ resiliency in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic. It was found that the involvement of the father also had an effect of 46.3% on adolescent resilience.
