Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Suluh Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk menggali lebih mendalam, dapat menjelaskan, dan mengeksplorasi tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi terkait Pengelolaan Pendidikan Berbasis Pendidikan Karakter di SMA Suluh Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2020 sampai Desember 2020. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tim Manajemen sekolah SMA Suluh Jakarta mengadakan rapat untuk membahas program-program yang akan dilaksanakan dalam satu tahu ajaran kedepan. Setelah proses rapat, maka dilakukanlah Penyusunan rencana kerja tahunan sekolah dan pengesahan berdasarkan program kerja yang telah dibuat serta telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter kedalam program-program yang telah dibuat. Setelah pembuatan program kerja, Sosialiasi rencana kerja tahunan sekolah (RKTS) kepada seluruh warga sekolah (2) Implementasi Rencana Kerja Tahunan Sekolah (RKTS), dalam RKTS terdapat pengelolaan kesiswaan, pengelolaan kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran, pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, dan terakhir terdapat pengelolaan sarpras dan kehumasan. Proses selanjutnya ialah Pendelegasian pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja Tahunan Sekolah (RKTS) dari kepala sekolah kepada wakil kepala sekolah dan dewan guru. Pada proses pelaksanaan pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis pendidikan karakter, nilai-nilai karakter yang dimasukkan ialah religius, jujur, disiplin, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, komunikatif, bertanggung jawab (3) Proses evaluasi pengelolaan Pendidikan berbasis pendidikan karakter dimulai dengan penyusunan laporan pelaksanaan RKTS. Setelah itu dilakukanlah rapat pertanggungjawaban RKTS. Setelah dilakukan proses penyusunan laporan dan rapat pertanggungjawaban, proses selanjutnya ialah tindak lanjut dari penyusunan laporan dan rapat pertanggungjawaban yaitu rapat penyusunan RKTS untuk tahun ajaran berikutnya. This research was conducted at SHS Suluh Jakarta, which aims to dig deeper, be able to explain, and explore about planning, implementation, and evaluation related to Character Education Based Education Management in the Social Studies Department at SHS Suluh Jakarta. This research was conducted from September 2020 to December 2020. Researchers used this type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Management Team of the SHS Suluh Jakarta school holds a meeting to discuss programs that will be implemented in one teaching year. After the meeting process, a school annual work plan is drawn up and endorsement is based on the work program that has been made and has integrated character values into the programs that have been made. After making the work program, the socialization of the school's annual work plan (RKTS) to all school members (2) Implementation of the School Annual Work Plan (RKTS), in the RKTS there are student management, curriculum management and learning activities, management of educators and education personnel, and finally there is management of Infrastructure and public relations. The next process is the delegation of the implementation of the School Annual Work Plan (RKTS) from the principal to the deputy principal and the teacher council. In the process of implementing character education-based education management, the character values included are religious, honest, disciplined, hard-working, creative, independent, democratic, national spirit, love of the country, communicative, responsible (3) character education begins with the preparation of a report on the implementation of the RKTS. After that, the RKTS accountability meeting was held. After the report preparation process and accountability meeting have been carried out, the next process is the follow-up of the report preparation and accountability meeting, namely the RKTS preparation meeting for the following academic year.
