Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan sebuah instrumen evaluasi kinerja karyawan untuk Teknisi AC di PT Centra Perkasa Jaya Abadi yang dinilai oleh beberapa atasan teknisi AC sebagai penilai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan produk yang dihasilkan adalah seperangkat instrumen evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi teknisi AC. Dalam mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi kinerja karyawan ini, peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Wirawan. Tahapan-tahapannya meliputi: (1) Isi Instrumen, (2) Skala Penilaian, (3) Pengembangan Deskriptor Level Kinerja, (4) Pengembangan Butir-Butir Instrumen, dan (5) Uji Coba Instrumen. Uji coba dilakukan kepada para ahli (expert review), dilakukan dengan cara menguji coba seperangkat instrumen kepada 2 orang ahli, yaitu ahli evaluasi dan ahli materi. Hasil uji coba kepada 2 orang ahli menyatakan bahwa instrumen layak digunakan dengan ada beberapa tambahan butir pernyataan. Kemudian langkah uji coba selanjutnya adalah uji coba one-to-one dengan melibatkan para atasan Teknisi AC. Hasil uji coba one-to-one menyatakan bahwa instrumen layak digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Teknisi AC. This development research aims to develop and produce an employee performance evaluation instrument for AC technicians at PT Centra Perkasa Jaya Abadi which was assesed by AC technician superiors as an evaluator. This research is development research with the resulting product is a set of evaluation instrument that will be used to evaluate the employee performance of AC technicians. In developing this performance evaluation instrument, the researcher used the development model proposed by Wirawan. The stages include (1) Instrument Content, (2) Assessment Scale, (3) Development of Performance Level Descriptors, (4) Development of Points Instruments, and (5) Instrument Trial. The trials were carried out on experts (expert review), and were done by testing a set of instruments to 2 experts, namely an evaluation expert and a material expert. The test results of 2 experts stated that the instrument was feasible to use with there a few additional statement items. Then the next trial step is a one-to-one trial involving a superiors AC technician. The results of the one-to-one trial state that the instrument is feasible to evaluate the performance of an AC Technician.
