Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara mindfulness terhadap resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di masa pandemi COVID-19 di Universitas X"". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri dari 235 mahasiswa aktif yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Universitas “X” yang ada di 8 fakultas. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) didapatkan α: 0,827, dan Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) didapatkan α: 0,586. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh mindfulness terhadap resiliensi akademik. Variabel mindfulness memberikan pengaruh sebesar 5,9% terhadap resiliensi akademik. Arah korelasinya bernilai positif, semakin meningkat skor mindfulness, maka skor resiliensi akademik juga semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci: Mindfulness, Resiliensi Akademik, Mahasiswa ******* This study aims to determine the effect of mindfulness on academic resilience on students who’s writing an undergraduate thesis during COVID-19 pandemic at the university of “X”. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 235 active students who’s writing an undergraduate thesis at "X" University in 8 faculties. The measuring instruments used to measure the variables in this study were the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) obtained α: 0.827, and the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) obtained α: 0.586. The results showed that mindfulness had an effect on academic resilience. Mindfulness variable has an effect of 5.9% on academic resilience. The direction of the correlation is positive, the more the mindfulness score increases, the academic resilience score will also increase. Keywords: Mindfulness, Academic Resilience, Students
