Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelekatan pada hewan (pet attachment) dengan kesejahteraan subjektif (subjective well- being) pemiliknya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner secara daring melalui G-form. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 225 orang pemilik hewan di Jabodetabek. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lexington Pet Attachment Scale (LAPS), Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS), Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE). Teknik yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Spearman, karena distribusi data dalam penelitian ini tidak normal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelekatan pada hewan (Pet attachment) dengan kesejahteraan subjektif (subjective well-being) pemiliknya. *********** This study aims to determine the relationship between animal attachment (pet attachment) and the owner's subjective well-being. The approach used is a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data were collected by means of an online questionnaire via G-form. The sample in this study were 225 animal owners in Jabodetabek. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Lexington Pet Attachment Scale (LAPS), Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS), Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE). The technique used is the Spearman correlation test, because the data distribution in this study is not normal. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between animal attachment (Pet attachment) and the owner's subjective well-being.
