Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam Mengembangkan Kreativitas Peserta Didik di SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School (GCS) Cinere. Penelitian difokuskan pada: (1) Perencanaan Pembelajaran Proyek; (2) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Proyek; (3) Evaluasi Pembelajaran Proyek; di SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School Cinere. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan informan terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Guru Pembimbing Proyek, Manajer Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Orang tua, dan peserta didik SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School Cinere. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan dilakukan sebelum semester baru dimulai dengan kepala sekolah dan guru terlibat secara aktif, didukung oleh bagian penelitian dan pengembangan, serta orang tua peserta didik; (2) Pelaksanaan dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran berbasis proyek seperti yang dimuat dalam Buck Institute for Education; (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan melalui tiga jenis penilaian berbasis pembelajaran. This research aims to describe the management of project based learning in developing students’ creativity at SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School Cinere. The research is focused on (1) Planning of Project Based Learning; (2) Implementation of Project Based Learning; (3) Evaluation of Project Based Learning in SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School Cinere. This research used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through depth interview, observation, and documentation study, with informants consisting of: the Principal, Project Teacher, Manager of Research and Development, Parents, and Grade 6 Students from SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School Cinere. The results showed that (1) Planning is carried out before the new semester starts with the principal and teachers actively involved, supported by the research and development section, as well as the parents of students; (2) The implementation is carried out in accordance with project-based learning steps as published in the Buck Institute for Education; (3) Project Based Learning is evaluated using three of assessments based learning approaches.
