Abstract

Covid-19 adalah jenis virus baru yang berasal dari Wuhan, Cina dan secara cepat menjadi pandemi di seluruh dunia. n. Kehadiran Covid-19 dalam anggota keluarga dapat meninggalkan beban yang berkepanjangan dan menempatkan keluarga pada situasi yang sulit. Dalam situasi yang sulit, keluarga perlu untuk menjadi resilien. Resiliensi keluarga adalah kemampuan keluarga untuk keluar dari suatu krisis dan tantangan hidup secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus kepada dua keluarga yang sebelumnya salah satu anggota keluarga dinyatakan positif virus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kedua keluarga penyintas Covid-19 memiliki kesulitan yang berbeda tetapi mereka dapat menghadapi kesulitan tersebut dengan resiliensi keluarga mereka. Dimana resiliensi keluarga terdiri dari sistem keyakinan, pola organisasi, dan proses komunikasi. Covid-19 is a new virus thought to have originated from Wuhan, China and it quickly becoming a global pandemic. The presence of Covid-19 among family members can leave a long lasting burden and put many families in difficult situations. In times that are difficult, it’s important for families to be resilient. Family resilience is a families ability to get out of a crisis and overcome life’s challenges, together. The study undertaken uses a qualitative approach with a case study of 2 families who have previously had one member test positive. The initial results of this study indicates that both families of Covid-19 survivors had different difficulties but both were able to overcome the challenges faced by the resilience of their family using very similar systems. These consisted of their belief systems, organizational processes, and communication process.
