Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Islam PB Soedirman 1 Bekasi, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta pengawasan pembinaan program entrepreneur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2020 hingga Oktober 2020. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) proses awal perencanaan pembinaan program entrepreneur diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan dengan mengamati proses perkembangan peserta didik satu tahun sebelumnya. Kemudian, melakukan rapat perencanaan pembinaan membahas mengenai kegiatan pembinaan yang akan dilakukan. Selanjutnya, menentukan tugas dan tanggung jawab kepada pembina dalam kegiatan pembinaan, menentukan jadwal dari masing-masing kegiatan menentukan tempat dilaksanakan pembinaan, selanjutnya merencanakan anggaran biaya yang akan dikeluarkan dan menentukan sumber biayanya. (2) pelaksanaan pembinaan program entrepreneur dilakukan melalui tiga kategori, yaitu training motivasi. Training motivation meliputi beberapa kegiatan didalamnya, yaitu home stay atau field trip, bank syariah soedirman, campus visit, kunjungan industri, ep mart, dan entrepreneur forum discussion. (3) pengawasan pembinaan program entrepreneur diawali dari pengamatan guru terhadap peserta didik, penilaian terhadap perubahan prilaku peserta didik, serta sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan program pembinaan yang dilakukan sekolah. Setelah itu, mengadakan rapat. Hasil rapat menentukan penilaian pembinaan program entrepreneur dan dapat memunculkan rekomendasi berupa perubahan kebijakan atau perubahan kegiatan pembinaan. The research was conducted at SMA Islam PB Soedirman 1 Bekasi, which aims to plan, implement and supervise entrepreneurial program development. This research was conducted from January 2020 to October 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the initial process of planning entrepreneurship program development begins with a needs analysis with the development process of students one year earlier. Then, conduct a coaching planning meeting to discuss the coaching activities that will be carried out. Determine duties and responsibilities to the supervisor in coaching activities, determine the schedule of each activity that determines the implementation of coaching, then set the budget for costs to be issued and determine the source of the cost. (2) the implementation of entrepreneurial program coaching is carried out through three categories, namely motivation training. The motivation for the training includes several activities in it, namely home stays or field trips, Sudirman Islamic banks, campus visits, industrial visits, ep mart, and entrepreneur discussion forums. (3) supervision of entrepreneurial development programs begins with teacher supervision of students, decisions on changes in student behavior, as well as benchmarks for coaching programs carried out by schools. After that, hold a meeting. The results of entrepreneur development decisions and may make decisions in the form of policy changes or changes in coaching activities.
