Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta (2) Kolaborasi Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta (3) Inovasi dan Kreativitas Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta selama bulan Maret 2020 – Desember 2020. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Humas dan Kemitraan, Staff Ahli Wakasek Humas dan Kemitraan, Guru Kejuruan. Teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta dilakukan sebagai Langkah awal menjalin sebuah hubungan dalam penyampaian dan menerima suatu informasi yang dibutuhkan bagi Kepala Sekolah (2) Kolaborasi Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta dilakukan berdasarkan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah dalam menjalin Kerjasama untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kompetensi keahlian bagi siswa dibidang kejuruan serta memperbanyak jaringan bagi sekolah dengan dunia industri dan masyarakat (3) Inovasi dan Kreativitas Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta dilaksanakan dalam bentuk upaya pemecahan suatu masalah yang ada di sekolah dan berupa penemuan suatu hal yang baru dengan mengikuti tren pada perkembangan zaman di era revolusi industri 4.0. This study aims to describe: (1) Principal Interpersonal Communication of SMKN 26 Jakarta (2) Collaboration of Principals of SMKN 26 Jakarta (3) Innovation and Creativity of the Principals of SMKN 26 Jakarta. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta during March 2020 - December 2020. The research informants were the Principal, Deputy Head of School for Public Relations and Partnerships, Expert Staff for Deputy Chief of Public Relations and Partnerships, Vocational Teachers. The analysis technique uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity technique uses triangulation of sources, methods and theories. The results showed that: (1) Principal of SMKN 26 Jakarta Interpersonal Communication was carried out as the first step in establishing a relationship in delivering and receiving information needed for the Principal (2) Collaboration of the Principal of SMKN 26 Jakarta was carried out based on the vision, mission, and objectives schools in collaborating to improve the quality and competence of expertise for students in the vocational field and increase the network for schools with industri and society (3) Innovation and Creativity for the Principal of SMKN 26 Jakarta is carried out in the form of solving a problem that exists in the school and in the form of the discovery of a something new by following the trends in the times in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
