Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara, bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi layanan pembelajaran bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2019 hingga Desember 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan layanan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh SD Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara pada proses perencanaan melalui beberapa bentuk perencanaan, mulai dari kegiatan Rapat Kerja, lalu dilanjutkan dengan Rapat Koordinasi, dan terakhir yaitu Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). (2) Pada pelaksananya layanan pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran pada dalam kelas maupun diluar lingkungan sekolah. (3) Proses evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan dan berdasarkan indikator ketercapaian program yang sudah ditetapkan pada perencanaan. Kegiatan evaluasi yang dilakukan, yaitu pada proses Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP), rapat koordinasi dan akan berakhir pada rapat kerja. KATA KUNCI: Manajemen, Layanan Pembelajaran This research was conducted at SD Al-Azhar KelapaGading North Jakarta, aiming to find out about planning, implementing, and evaluating learning services for students. This research was conducted from December 2020 to December 2020. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning for learning services carried out by SD Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading North Jakarta in the planning process through several forms of planning, starting from work meeting activities, then continued with coordination meetings, and Finally, the subject teacher deliberation (MGMP). (2) In the implementation of learning services carried out through learning activities in the classroom and outside the school environment. (3) The evaluation process is carried out based on the observations made and based on the program achievement indicators that have been determined in the planning. Evaluation activities are carried out, namely in the subject teacher deliberation process (MGMP), coordination meetings, and will end at a work meeting. KEY WORDS: Management, Learning Services
