Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Alam Cendekia Bogor, khususnya dari proses penyusunan perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari pengamatan, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Responden (informan) terdiri dari kepala sekolah, direktur sekolah, guru, dan orang tua siswa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui koding dan reduksi data, penyajian data, data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, digunakan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diterapkan di Sekolah Alam Cendekia Bogor yakni, (1) Perencanaan kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter melihat dari kurikulum akhlak, kurikulum kepemimpinan, dan keterampilan berfikir; Menyusun kurikulum dengan melakukan rapat kerja dan membuat tim manajemen yang terdiri dari beberapa sub bagian; Perencanaan pembelajaran selama satu semester, dibuat melalui lesson plan, dikerucutkan menjadi weekly plan yaitu perencanaan selama satu pekan. (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter dengan cara mengintegrasikan konten pendidikan karakter yang telah dirumuskan ke dalam mata pelajaran serta dalam kegiatan yang diprogram atau direncanakan; Implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah berupa pembiasaan dan keteladanan; serta membangun komunikasi serta kerjasama antar sekolah dengan orang tua siswa. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui evaluasi program per pekan, evaluasi proses, dan evaluasi hasil per tahun. This study aims to describe the character education-based curriculum organized by the Alam Cendekia Bogor School, especially from planning preparation, implementing evaluation. The research method used is descriptive, with data study techniques, observation, documentation study and interviews. Respondents (informants) consist of school principals, school directors, teachers, and parents of students. The collected data were analyzed through coding and data reduction, data presentation, data and retrieval. To test the validity of the data, triangulation of sources, methods and theories was used. The results showed that the implementation of the character education-based curriculum at the School of Alam Cendekia Bogor, (1) The planning of the character education-based curriculum looked at the moral curriculum, leadership curriculum, and thinking skills; Compiling a curriculum by holding work meetings and creating a management team consisting of several subsections; Learning planning for one semester, made through lesson plans, is reduced to a weekly plan, namely planning for one semester. (2) Implementation of character education-based curriculum by integrating character education content that has been formulated into subjects as well as in programmed or planned activities; Implementation of character education in daily activities at school in the form of habits and role models; As well as building communication and cooperation between schools with parents of students. (3) Character education-based curriculum evaluation is carried out in an annual evaluation, evaluation, and evaluation program.
