Abstract

ABSTRAK Fikri Firmansyah, 2020. Musik Iringan Tari Kedidi di Desa Mendo provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Skripsi. Program Pendidikan Seni Musik , Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendokumentasi Musik Iringan Tari Kedidi di desa Mendo Barat. Metodelogi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang menjelaskan tentang objek penelitian Iringan Tari Kedidi di desa Mendo barat berdasarkan hasil dari proses wawancara, studi pustaka, observasi dan dokumentasi. Waktu dan Tempat Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari 2020 di desa Mendo Barat Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Wawancara via telepon dilakukan pada Oktober sampai Desember 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Musik Iringan Tari Kedidi ternyata mengadopsi dari kesenian Dambus terutama alat musik yang digunakan seperti, Gambus, Gendang Induk Gendang Anak, Gong dan Tamborin. Pola melodi dan ritmik pada musik iringan Tari Kedidi selalu diulang, hal ini bertujuan agar musik iringan Kedidi mudah di ingat dan Tari Kedidi dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat luas khususnya masyarakat desa Mendo. Jika dilihat dari lirik lagunya, musik iringan Tari Kedidi berisikan pantun dan lirik atau pantun dapat disesuakian dengan tema acara tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pola, Musik Iringan, Dambus, Tari Kedidi. ABSTRACT Fikri Firmansyah, 2020. The Musical Accompaniment of Kedidi Dance in Mendo Village, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Essay. Music Arts Education Program, Faculty of Language and Arts, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this study was to find out and document the musical accompaniment of Kedidi Dance in the village of West Mendo, as well as a media to make it easier to learn the musical accompaniment of Kedidi Dance in Mendo Village. Descriptive qualitative research methodology, which describes the research object of the Kedidi Dance Accompaniment in the village of West Mendo based on the results of the interview process, literature review, observation and documentation. The Time and Place of this research was carried out in January 2020 in the village of West Mendo, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Telephone interviews were conducted from October to December 2020. The results of this study found that accompaniment music of Kedidi Dance was adopted from the art of Dambus, especially the musical instruments used such as Dambus, Gendang Induk Gendang Anak, Gong and Tamborine. The melody and rhythmic patterns of the accompaniment music of Kedidi Dance are always repeated, this is so that the accompaniment is easy to remember and the Kedidi Dance can be enjoyed by the wider community, especially the people of Mendo village. When viewed from the lyrics of the song, the accompaniment music of Kedidi Dance containing rhymes and lyrics or rhymes can be adapted to the theme of the event.
