Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum di SD Asshodriyah Islamic School. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019 hingga bulan November 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SD Asshodriyah Islamic School. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan Kurikulum dilakukan sebelum tahun ajaran baru dengan membentuk tim perumus sebelum pra-raker dan penyusunan kurikulum menyesuaikan dengan visi, misi serta kebutuhan sekolah. Kemudian setiap tahun kurikulum dilakukan pengembangan dalam rapat kerja. (2) Pelaksanaan Kurikulum berdasarkan tingkat sekolah dan kelas. Kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab pada tingkat sekolah melakukan supervisi dan pelatihan kemudian guru pada tingkat kelas proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. (3) Evaluasi Kurikulum dilakukan setiap akhir tahun dalam rapat kerja yang mengikutsertakan para guru dan staff. Yang dinilai dalam evaluasi kurikulum adalah kurikulum itu sendiri, ketercapaian pelaksanaan kurikulum yang terdapat didalam RPP dan Silabus, capaian tenaga pendidik kemudian peserta didik. This study aims to describe curriculum management at SD Asshodriyah Islamic School. This research was conducted from October 2019 to November 2020 with the object of research at the SD Asshodriyah Islamic School. The method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses several guidelines including in-depth interview guidelines, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Curriculum planning is carried out before the new school year by forming a team of formulating pre-work meetings and preparing the curriculum according to the vision, mission and needs of the school. Then every year the curriculum is developed in a work meeting. (2) Implementation of the curriculum based on school and class levels. The principal is responsible at the school level to supervise and train the teacher at the class level teaching and learning activities. (3) Curriculum evaluation is carried out at the end of each year in a work meeting that includes teachers and staff. What is assessed in the curriculum evaluation is the curriculum itself, the achievement of the implementation of the curriculum contained in the lesson plans and syllabus, the achievements of the educators and the students.
