Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh dari Psychological Capital terhadap burnout pada perawat yang bekerja di Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang yang bekerja sebagai perawat didaerah Jakarta. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) untuk mengukur variabel burnout dan Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Psychological Capital. Metode statistika yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan uji analisis regresi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 24. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara Psychological Capital dan burnout pada perawat yang bekerja di Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of Psychological Capital on Nurses Burnout in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative method with the sampling technique of convenience sampling to collect the sample. The number of respondents for this study were 120 nurses who work in Jakarta. This study used two measuring instruments; Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to measure the burnout and Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) to measure Psychological Capital. The statistical analysis method used in this research is regression analysis. To process the data, this study used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. The result from this study shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a correlation between Psychological Capital and burnout on nurses who work in Jakarta.
