Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan variasi model latihan smash bola voli yang efektf dan teruji untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan menggunakan lima tahapan dan dengan subjek penelitian adalah tiga orang pelatih ekstrakulikuler dan atlet/siswa bola voli di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini di awali dengan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan pembuatan produk, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi angket penilaian kepada pakar untuk menguji kevalidan variasi model latihan smash bola voli dan angket penilaian untuk menilai keefektifan model oleh pelatih ekstrakurikuler bola voli di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif persentase. Penelitian ini menghasilkan variasi model latihan yang memenuhi kriteria, valid dan layak. Rekomendasi penelitian sebaiknya sebelum disebarluaskan model latihan smash bola voli untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) ini di uji cobakan kembali kepada atlet/siswa agar lebih efektif dan efesien. Kata kunci: Smash; bola voli; ADDIE; jurnal olahraga ************* The purpose of this study to produce a variety of volleyball smash training models that are effective and tested for beginners junior high school (SMP). The research method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model using five stages and the research subjects were three volleyball extracurricular athletes / students trainers in Junior High Schools (SMP). This research begins with a needs analysis, product planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used in this study included an assessment questionnaire to experts to test the validity of the variation of the volleyball smash training model and an assessment questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the model by a volleyball extracurricular coach in Junior High Schools (SMP). The data analysis technique used in this research is the percentage descriptive analysis technique. This study produces a variety of training models that meet the criteria, are valid and worth. Research recommendations should be made before the dissemination of the volleyball smash training model for junior high school (SMP) beginners to be retried to athletes / students to make it more effective and efficient.
