Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Provinsi Jawa barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian expost facto, dengan sampel guru Taman Kanak-kanak yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Diklat dasar baik yang dilaksanakan oleh GTK PAUD dan Dikmas maupun yang dilaksanakan oleh PP PAUD dan Dikmas provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling dengan menentukan Indeks pembangunan Manusia di provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2019. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 96 orang guru TK yang terdiri dari 48 orang yang telah mengikuti metode pelatihan (24 orang metode pelatihan online dan 24 orang metode pelatihan tatap muka) serta 48 orang berkaitan dengan pengalaman mengajar (24 yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar tinggi dan 24 orang memiliki pengalaman mengajar rendah). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Metode pelatihan online mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik guru TK dibandingkan dengan metode pelatihan tatap muka (103,31 > 99,54); 2) guru TK yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar tinggi akan mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik daripada guru yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar rendah (97,75 > 15,10); 3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik (Fh 40,484 > 3,94); 4) Guru yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar tinggi dan telah mengikuti pelatihan online lebih tinggi kompetensi pedagogiknya dibandingkan guru yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar tinggi yang telah menikuti pelatihan tatap muka (112,17 > 98,04); 5) Guru yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar rendah lebih tinggi kompetensi pedagogiknya setelah mengikuti metode pelatihan tatap muka daripada setelah mengikuti metode pelatihan online (101,04 > 94,46). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dipengaruhi oleh metode pelatihan online dengan guru TK yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar tinggi dan metode pelatihan tatap muka dengan guru TK yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar rendah. Kata Kunci: Metode pelatihan, pelatihan online, pelatihan tatap muka, pengalaman Mengajar, kompetensi padagogik ******* This study aims to find out the influence of training methods and teaching experience on the pedagogical competencies of kindergarten teachers in west Java Province. This research uses expost facto research method, with samples of kindergarten teachers who have participated in basic training training both carried out by GTK PAUD and Dikmas as well as those carried out by PP PAUD and Dikmas of West Java province. This study used cluster sampling by determining human development index in West Java province in 2019. The sample used was 96 kindergarten teachers consisting of 48 people who had participated in the training method (24 people online training methods and 24 people face-to-face training methods) and 48 people related to teaching experience (24 who had high teaching experience and 24 people had low teaching experience). The results showed that: 1) Online training methods affect the pedagogical competencies of kindergarten teachers compared to face-to-face training methods (103.31 > 99.54); 2) kindergarten teachers who have high teaching experience will affect pedagogical competencies rather than teachers who have low teaching experience (97.75 >15,,10); 3) There is an influence of interaction between training methods and teaching experience on pedagogical competencies (Fh 40,484 >3.94); 4) Teachers who have high teaching experience and are given higher online training pedagogical competencies than teachers who have high teaching experience given face-to-face training (112.17 > 98.04); 5) Teachers who have lower teaching experience have higher pedagogical competencies after following face-to-face training methods than after attending online training methods (101.04 > 94.46). The results of this study stated that pedagogical competencies are influenced by online training methods with kindergarten teachers who have high teaching experience and face-to-face training methods with kindergarten teachers who have low teaching experience.
