Universitas Negeri Jakarta Permasalahan belajar Warga Binaan Sosial (WBS) di Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Utama (PSAAPU) 1 Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur terletak pada program pelayanan Bimbingan Latihan Keterampilan (BLK). WBS tidak memiliki akses dalam berkegiatan seni rupa khususnya pembelajaran kerajinan daur ulang karena kegiatan BLK yang kurang variatif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan kegiatan BLK kerajinan daur ulang kepada WBS usia remaja (13-17 tahun) dengan menganalisis kebutuhan mereka dalam hal aktivitas kesenirupaan di PSAAPU 1 Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Penggunaan limbah perca dan botol plastik melalui prinsip 3 R dalam penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 membuat peneliti menyesuaikan beberapa perangkat pembelajaran dengan penggunaan model CTL (Contextual Teacing and Learning) dan metode eksplorasi. Media pembelajaran handout juga digunakan sebagai solusi panduan belajar bagi WBS di masa pandemi ini, karena pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode jarak jauh (e-learning) menggunakan media pesan online (Whatsapp). Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek/partisipan berjumlah 5 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuisioner, wawancara, dokumen, dokumentasi, lembar validasi media pembelajaran, dan kepustakaan. Hasil data wawancara dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan hasil kegiatan BLK disajikan melalui rekapitulasi penilaian, deskripsi karya, dan analisis karya/pembelajaran. Penilaian menggunakan tabel modifikasi Brent G. Wilson, terdiri dari kreativitas dan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap WBS memiliki minat, tingkat kemampuan, ciri belajar, kreativitas, dan keterampilan kerajinan yang bervariasi. Pada pembuatan kerajinan bantal perca WBS memperoleh skor nilai berkisar antara 78,53 sampai 80,08, dan pembuatan tempat pensil botol plastik berkisar antara 76,45 sampai 79,74. WBS mampu memahami setiap tahapan-tahapan pembuatan karya dan beberapa kesulitan belajar dapat diatasi dengan baik. Setelah penelitian ini, diharapkan kegiatan BLK kerajinan daur ulang bisa terus dijalankan melihat dari banyaknya manfaat yang diperoleh WBS salah satunya memperoleh bekal keterampilan yang menghasilkan produk bernilai ekonomis. The learning problems of the Social Assisted Peoples (WBS) in Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Utama 1 Duren Sawit East Jakarta lie in the Skills Training Guidance Service Program (BLK). WBS does not have access to art activities, especially learning recycled crafts because BLK activities are less varied. The research purposes was to provide recycling handicraft BLK activities for adolescent (13-17 years old) WBS by analyzing their needs interms of artistic activities in PSAAPU 1 Duren Sawit East Jakarta. The use of patchwork warte and plastic bottles through the 3 R principle in this research is useful to raise awareness of the importance of preserving the environment. The conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic made researchers adjust several learning tools to the use of the CTL model (Contextual Teaching and Learning) and exploration methods. Handout learning media is also used as a learning guide solution for WBS during this pandemic, because learning is carried out by the online method (e-learning) using online message media (Whatsapp). This type of descriptive qualitative research with 5 subjects/participants selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques through observation questionnaires, interviews, documents, documentation, validation sheets of learning media, and literature. The results of the interview data were analyzed using triangulation techniques and the results of BLK activities were presented through a recapitulation of assessments, descriptions of work, and analysis of work/learning. Assessment using the modified Brent G. Wilson table, consisting of creativity and skills. The results showed that each WS has varying interests, ability levels, learning characteristics, creativity, and craft skills. On the patchwork pillow, WBS obtained scores ranging from 78,53 to 80,08, and the manufacture of plastic bottle pencil cases ranging from 76,45 to 79,74. WBS is able to understand ecery stage of making work and some learning difficulties can be coped well. After this research, it is hoped that the recycling handicraft BLK activities can continue to be carried out seeing the many benefits obtained by WBS one of which is to acquire skills that produce economically valuable products.
