Abstract
Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program knowledge management di divisi peltihan dan pengembangan PT ASABRI (Persero) dengan model SECI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada karyawan PT ASABRI (Persero). Wawancara dilakukan kepada staf divisi pelatihan dan pengembangan PT ASABRI (Persero). Observasi dilakukan penulis di PT ASABRI (Persero). Berdasarkan tujuan khusus penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program knowledge management berdasarkan model SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) yang dikembangkan oleh Nonaka & Takeuchi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program knowledge management di PT ASABRI (Persero) dapat dikatakan “sangat baik”. Pimpinan sebaiknya memberikan dukungan dalam setiap kegiatan program knowledge management yang telah terlaksana. In general, this research aims to describe the management of the knowledge management program in the training and development division at PT ASABRI (Persero) using the SECI model. This research is a descriptive study and the data collecting techniques used are questionnaire, interview, and observation. The questionnaires were distributed to employees of PT ASABRI (Persero). Interviews were conducted with the staffs at training and development division of PT ASABRI (Persero). Observations were made by the writer at PT ASABRI (Persero). The specific purpose of this study is to describe the management of a knowledge management program based on the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model developed by Nonaka & Takeuchi. The results of this study indicate that the management of the knowledge management program at PT ASABRI (Persero) can be classified as “very good”. Leaders should provide support in every knowledge management program activity that has been implemented.
