Abstract

ABSTRAK YUNI NURAINI, “Model Latihan Chest Pass Bola Basket untuk Ekstrakurikuler SMP” Tesis: Jakarta, Pendidikan Jasmani, Fakultas Ilmu Olah Raga, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Basket merupakan salah satu olahraga yang digemari semua kalangan. Pada penelitian kali ini ditujukan untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) agar dapat menambahkan model latihan dalam olahraga basket. Salah satu teknik dasar dari olahraga bola basket yaitu mengoper (passing) dan penelitian kali ini membahas tentang operan dada (chest pass) yang merupakan passing lurus ke arah dada teman. Chest pass merupakan passing yang sering digunakan karena paling mudah untuk dilakukan. Tetapi banyak siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang melakukan chest pass dengan kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan chest pass bola basket pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 3 Cikarang . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) , yaitu dengan mengembangkan model latihan chest pass bola basket dengan proses uji validasi oleh para ahli. Ada 20 model pembelajaran yang telah dibuat peneliti dan 17 model yang sudah di validasi oleh para ahli di bidangnya, dan semua model dianggap layak untuk latihan chest pass bola basket untuk tingkat SMP. Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 17 model latihan chest pass bola basket yang peneliti buat menarik dan mudah dilakukan serta layak digunakan untuk proses latihan chest pass bola basket pada siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMP. Basketball is a sport that is popular with all circles. In this research, it is aimed at Junior High School (JHS) students in order to add a training model in basketball. One of the basic techniques of basketball is passing and this research discusses the chest pass, which is a straight pass to a friend's chest. Chest pass is a pass that is often used because it is easiest to do. But many Junior High School students do the chest pass incorrectly. This research aims to develop a basketball chest pass training model in extracurricular junior high school students in 3 Cikarang. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation), which is by developing a basketball dribble training model with a validation test process by experts. A training model of 20 chest pass activities that have been made by the researchers and have 17 model been validated by the experts in their fields, and all models are considered feasible for basketball chest pass training for Junior High School level. The final conclusions obtained from this study are 17 basketball chest pass training models that researchers make interesting and easy to do and are suitable for use in the training process of basketball chest pass in extracurricular students in junior high school.
