Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi tingkat kesehatan pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) periode 2016-2019 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN No. KEP-100/MBU/2002 tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan BUMN. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan menggunakan aspek keuangan yang terdiri dari delapan indikator rasio keuangan, yaitu Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), Rasio Kas/Cash Ratio, Rasio Lancar/Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Perputaran Persediaan/Inventory Turn Over, Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), dan Total Modal Sendiri Terhadap Total Asset (TMS Terhadap TA). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang mengacu pada laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2016-2019. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tingkat kesehatan PT Pegadaian (Persero) pada tahun 2016 memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori A, dimana total bobot skor yang diperoleh sebesar 50,5 atau secara ekuivalen sebesar 72,1. Tahun 2017 memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori AA, dimana total bobot skor yang diperoleh sebesar 56,5 atau secara ekuivalen sebesar 80,7. Tahun 2018 dan tahun 2019 memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori A, dimana total bobot skor yang diperoleh sebesar 55 atau secara ekuivalen sebesar 78,5. This study aims to determine the condition of the health level at PT Pegadaian (Persero) for the 2016-2019 period based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE No. KEP-100/MBU/2002 concerning Assessment of the Health Level of SOE. The assessment of the level of health uses the financial aspect which consists of eight financial ratio indicators, namely Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Inventory Turn Over, Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Total Own Capital Against Total Assets (TMS Against TA). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data which refers to the company's 2016-2019 financial statements. The results of the analysis show that the health level of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in 2016 obtained a healthy predicate with category A, where the total weight score obtained was 50.5 or the equivalent of 72.1. In 2017, it received a healthy predicate with the AA category, where the total weight score obtained was 56.5 or the equivalent of 80.7. 2018 and 2019 received a healthy predicate with category A, where the total weight score obtained was 55 or the equivalent of 78.5.
