Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara semangat kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT Nittoh Presisi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan terhitung mulai bulan April sampai Mei 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Nittoh Presisi Indonesia yang berjumlah 1467 karyawan. Sedangkan populasi terjangkaunya adalah karyawan tetap bagian lens Pr Po dengan jumlah karyawan tetap pada bagian lens Pr Po adalah 188 karyawan. dengan sampel sebanyak 123 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X (semangat kerja) dengan menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan skala Likert. Sedangkan untuk variabel Y (produktivitas kerja) diperoleh dari data sekunder perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = -2.01 + 0,55X. Hasil uji normalitas Liliefors menghasilkan Lhitung = 0.2107 sedangkan Ltabel 0.886, karena Lhitung < Ltabel maka variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung sebesar 223.43 dan Ftabel sebesar 3.94 Fhitung (276.87) > Ftabel (3.94) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji kelinieran regresi menghasilkan F tabel 2.45 sedangkan F hitung 2.34. Fhitung (2.34) < Ftabel (2.45) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier. Uji koefisien korelasi product moment menghasilkan rxy = 0.81. Uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t, menghasilkan thitung (15.04) > ttabel (1,645). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Semangat Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja pada Karyawan PT Nittoh Presisi Indonesia. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi 65% maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara semangat kerja dengan produktivitas kerja. *********** The purpose of this research is to detect correlation between Morale with Productivity on employees PT Nittoh Presisi Indonesia. The research is done during for two months since April until Mai 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees with total 1467 employees, while the population affordable is lens pr po employees with total 188 employees and 123 employees for sampling and used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Morale) measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. For Variable Y (Productivity) was also measured by secondary data from PT Nittoh Presisi Indonesia. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = -2.01 + 0,55X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lhitung0,2107 < Ltabel 0,886, matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity Fhitung 223.43 > Ftabel 3.94 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fhitung 2.34 < Ftabel 2,45 that show that regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0,81. Significancy test with thitung as big as 15.04 dan ttabel 1,645. Because tcount > ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between Morale with Productivity on employee PT Nittoh Presisi Indonesia. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 65 %. So can be taken conclusion found which are positive connection and significant between Morale with Productivity.
