Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana model evaluasi CIPP diterapkan di program Pembekalan Orientasi Kerja dan Pelatihan Bela Negara Tahun 2020 yang diselenggarakan oleh Divisi Pelatihan dan Pengembangan PT ASABRI (Persero). Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subjek penelitian ini adalah penyelenggara pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program Pembekalan Orientasi Kerja dan Pelatihan Bela Negara Tahun 2020 telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan aspek yang dievaluasi. 1) Pada aspek evaluasi context telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai aspek yang dievaluasi. 2) Pada aspek evaluasi input, bahwa penyelenggaraan diklat telah menjalankan tanggung jawab seperti yang diatur dalam panduan penyelenggaraan diklat. Hanya saja masih harus memperhatikan terkait sarana dan prasarana dan fasilitas yang disediakan. 3) Pada aspek process, kegiatan perencanaan hingga evaluasi sudah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hanya saja masih ada hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses perencanaan dan monitoring. 4) Pada aspek product, Divisi Pelatihan dan Pengembangan telah mencapai tujuan program dan juga hasil laporan evaluasi diklat yang menunjukkan bahwa diklat sudah berjalan dengan baik dan memuaskan bagi peserta. This study aims to see how the CIPP evaluation model is implemented in the 2020 State Defense and Work Orientation program organized by the Training and Development Division of PT ASABRI (Persero). This evaluation research uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The subjects of this study were training providers and training participants. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation study, and interviews. The data validity test was carried out using triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that the implementation of the 2020 State Defense and Work Orientation Program has gone well according to the aspects evaluated. 1) In the evaluation aspect, the context has gone well according to the aspects being evaluated. 2) In the aspect of input evaluation, that the implementation of the education and training has carried out the responsibilities as stipulated in the training implementation guidelines. It's just that you still have to pay attention to the facilities and infrastructure provided. 3) In the process aspect, planning and evaluation activities have been running according to the activity implementation plan. It's just that there are still obstacles and obstacles faced in the planning and monitoring process. 4) In the product aspect, the Training and Development Division has achieved the program objectives as well as the results of the training evaluation report which show that the training has been going well and satisfying the participants.
